It wouldn't cost him much to pick up the goods, and besides, they're his own nieces, so he could give them as many as he wanted.
Ma Hong also came over, and when she saw that her husband was holding four or five hair ties, she said, "Oh, take them back. My sister-in-law bought Man'er some new hair ties a few days ago."
