Shi Yu returned to the capital city after a journey filled with eating, drinking, and having fun.
As soon as she got back, she happily ran towards the palace.
The new sacred objects haven't sold out yet, so Shi Yu decided to lower the price and sell them together with the jade pendant.
When Shi Yu arrived at the palace gate, the guards bowed to her.
She swaggered into the palace gates on her dog and headed straight for the emperor's bedchamber.
Emperor Tai'an was reviewing memorials when Shi Yu quietly walked to his side and coughed softly.
When Emperor Tai'an saw Shi Yu return, he happily picked up the little one and asked with a smile, "Little Yu Yu, what makes you so happy?"
Shi Yu chuckled and took out the new sacred object and jade pendant.
"Your Majesty, I have brought you something wonderful!"
"This new sacred object is a perfect match for this jade pendant!"
Emperor Tai'an took the item and examined it carefully, a hint of surprise flashing in his eyes.

“It’s an evil spirit,” Shi Yu said frankly.
When Shi Yu said this, Emperor Tai'an was so frightened that he almost threw the jade pendant in his hand away.
"What the hell did you say?" Emperor Tai'an's tone changed.

Emperor Tai'an picked up the jade pendant again with some skepticism and examined it carefully. Sure enough, he sensed a faint fluctuation of spiritual energy.

"Of course, Your Majesty, you'll know once you try it on," Shi Yu said confidently.
Emperor Tai'an hesitated for a moment, but ultimately hung the jade pendant on his waist.

"Why don't you go back to your room and sleep?"
Shi Yu rubbed her sleepy eyes and sat up from under the covers.
"Yu Yu is going to the imperial court to eat melons."
"I'm eating a really, really big melon."
"Stepfather, remember to carry me into the palace with you when you go to court later."
"And remember to bring Little Green and Little Blue along too."
After Shi Yu finished speaking, she tilted her head and fell asleep again.
