"Will you come and keep me company later?"
She counted the days and found that she had been pregnant for a month. She always felt sleepy recently and loved to sleep. Moreover, she was particularly attached to Xiao Lang.
Chen Xiaoru turned and went into the bedroom, leaving Xiao Lang alone. He looked at his wife's back and thought to himself:

He tiptoed into the room, came to the bed, and gently tucked the corner of the quilt for Chen Xiaoru. Then, he sat on the edge of the bed and looked at her quietly, his eyes full of tenderness and love.
"Wife, I hope nothing happens to you. What should I do if anything happens to you?" Xiao Lang muttered to himself, and the more he thought about it, the more worried he became.
He decided to take Chen Xiaoru to the hospital for a thorough checkup tomorrow. No matter how much it cost, he had to get her health back in good shape.
"Hmm..." Chen Xiaoru seemed to sense something, turned over, and muttered, "Xiao Lang... hold me..."
When Xiao Lang heard this, his heart melted. He quickly took off his shoes, climbed onto the bed, and gently hugged Chen Xiaoru in his arms.
Chen Xiaoru rubbed against his arms like a kitten, found a comfortable position, and continued to sleep.
Xiao Lang held her in his arms, feeling much more at ease. He lowered his head and gently kissed Chen Xiaoru on the forehead, then closed his eyes and fell asleep.
