At the Chen family's side, the family was happily discussing the celebration after the renovation of the ancestral hall was completed.
"Mom, you have to wear more clothes when the time comes, so you don't catch a cold." Chen Xiaoru carefully adjusted her mother's collar.

Chen Xiaoru looked at their embarrassed backs, but she didn't feel any pleasure in her heart. She turned around, looked at Zhou Si, and asked softly, "Are you okay?"
Zhou Si shook his head and smiled: "I'm fine, with you here, I'm not afraid of anything."
Chen Xiaoru looked at Zhou Si's smile and felt a little distressed. She knew that deep in Zhou Si's heart, there was still a scar, the scar of being betrayed by his family.
"Let's go home." Chen Xiaoru took Zhou Si's hand and walked into the house.
