Chapter 22 Shameless woman, she even steals her sister's man.

Fu Jingsheng recalled that not long ago, Rong Bing was locked in a small dark room by Rong Yan.

He had always known that Rong Bing had claustrophobia, but when did Rong Yan develop it?

"Are you sure?" Fu Jingsheng asked the doctor.

"The information is all here, look." Du Yu turned the computer screen towards Fu Jingsheng. "You don't know?"

Fu Jingsheng truly did not know.

Rong Yan recovered after a few hours.

She wanted to continue searching for the child, but Fu Jingsheng stopped her.

The man asked Rong Yan why she had claustrophobia.

Rong Yan: "I was scared out of my wits when I tried to save a dog."

"Why didn't you say so?" Fu Jingsheng asked again.

"What's there to say? Alright, Fu Jingsheng, stop pretending. We're just working together to find a child. I'm not going to die." Rong Yan's words were tinged with a hint of defiance.

Why didn't she say that?

When they first got married, Fu Jingsheng was often away on business trips. Even though the bedroom was large and brightly lit, she was still afraid of being home alone.

Every time I ask him when he'll be back, his answer is always that it'll be late and I don't need to wait.

Therefore, Rong Yan always liked to leave her bedroom door open when she went to sleep.

Until that day, she was carried to Fu Jingchen's bed. The night Fu Jingsheng found out, the man said that he slept with the door open in order to seduce Fu Jingchen.

Fu Jingsheng never thought about understanding her, let alone trusting her.

"Rong Yan, do you have to talk like that?" The little bit of heartache that the man had finally felt was instantly extinguished by the woman's sarcastic words.

"You weren't like this before. You were gentle and sensible. How come you've completely changed after marrying me? You're becoming more and more outrageous."

"Heh." Rong Yan laughed. "What do you care what I look like?"

"Are you coming or not? If not, I'll find it myself," Rong Yan asked impatiently.

Who wants to discuss those trivial matters?

——

late at night.

In the park, four children were so hungry that their stomachs were practically touching their backs.

When they planned to run away from home, they only packed a bottle of water and a box of cookies in their small bag.

The barbecue stalls outside the park were emitting delicious aromas.

Rong Shiyu wrinkled her little nose: "It smells so good, I'm so hungry."

"Sister, I brought money. I really want to eat lamb skewers." Rong Shimo said, drooling.

"Did your mother agree to you eating at a roadside stall?" Fu Yunlei asked.

At the Fu family home, not to mention roadside stalls, even the meals they eat are planned by a nutritionist, and they eat whatever is prepared.

Sometimes when Fu Yunlei and his brother are craving fried chicken legs, their great-grandmother won't allow it.

Only when my younger brother goes to the doctor and I make a request will it be fulfilled.

“Why can’t we eat it? It’s not like we eat it every day. Mom loves barbecue and she likes to take us to eat it.” Rong Shiyu said proudly.

The issue escalated from whether or not to eat junk food to the necessity of following their mother's lead.

There's no future in following my dad.

Finally, Fu Yunlei decided to stop hiding and went to his mother's house with his sister.

Rong Shiyu took her younger siblings home and used her smartwatch to call her mother.

Rong Yan remembered that her daughters' smartwatches were on the bedside table, so they did go back.

Rong Yan rushed home.

Four children are having barbecue in a restaurant.

Seeing her mother storm open the door, Rong Shimo handed her a lamb skewer: "I'm sorry, Mom, we just don't want you and Lao Fu to argue in court tomorrow."

Fu Jingsheng followed behind with a sullen face.

“Dad, I was the one who came up with the idea, it has nothing to do with my sister.”

All four children took the blame upon themselves.

But neither Fu Jingsheng nor Rong Yan was willing to give up custody of their son, no matter how much the children tried to persuade them.

Finally, Fu Yunting asked his brother to translate for him. He wanted to be with his mother because his father had many people around him, but his mother only had herself and her two older sisters.

Rong Yan has preserved the evidence, and the chances of winning the case tomorrow are over 90%.

“You have to live with me. Eat quickly, and then go back.” Fu Jingsheng’s voice grew louder.

"Dad, you and Mom go over there, we need to have a private talk." Fu Yunlei deliberately gave his parents some time to be alone.

Rong Yan and Fu Jingsheng sat in the pavilion next to them.

The woman brewed a pot of tea for herself, and Fu Jingsheng took a cup and waited, but to his surprise, Rong Yan only poured herself a cup.

The man handed the cup to Rong Yan.

The woman pretended not to see.

Fu Jingsheng probably knew that his chances of winning were slim.

He discussed it with Rong Yan again, saying that as long as their son stayed in the Fu family, he would give Rong Yan whatever she wanted.

Including companies.

Rong Yan smiled. Apart from having a child, she really didn't want anything else. She didn't lack money, and she knew that love couldn't be obtained by asking for it.

The two talked for half an hour, but neither was willing to compromise.

Fu Jingsheng sat with his knees bent outside the pavilion, taking deep drags on his cigarette.

The cursing female voice grew closer and closer.

Rong Bing brought her mother to Rong Yan's house.

"You slut, you even steal your sister's man! Everyone come out and see what kind of doctor you are! Don't tarnish this profession."

"Having someone like that as your neighbor lowers the overall standard of the neighborhood."

"Rong Yan, come out here."

From outside the courtyard, you can see Rong Yan's four children sitting at a marble round table, while Rong Yan and Fu Jingsheng are in the pavilion next to them.

The child went missing in the morning. Rong Bing told her mother to help search for the child. In the evening, Fu Jingsheng called to say that the child had been found and was now at Tianyi Mansion. Rong Bing then called her mother.

Without saying a word, Huo Shufen dragged her to the door to confront the "mistress".

Seven years later, Rong Yan could still recognize that voice immediately.

Back in the Rong family days, my aunt was like that, always swearing.

After scolding Rong Yan, Huo Shufen pointed at Rong Bing and said, "You're a useless thing too. Even when the mistress is bullying you, you just stay at home and don't say a word."

Rong Yan told the four children to go inside and stop listening to such foul talk.

Fu Jingsheng's face turned pale and then flushed.

He told Rong Bing that evening that the child had been found and that he was coming to pick him up, which shows that he has a clear conscience.

Unexpectedly, Rong Bing actually brought Huo Shufen to their door to yell at them.

Rong Yan's knuckles cracked as she gripped her fists.

My molars unconsciously clench together.

He glanced sideways at Fu Jingsheng and said, "You should deal with your own mess and get out of here with these people."

Rong Yan realized that nothing good ever came of Fu Jingsheng; they were simply incompatible.

Fu Jingsheng walked out of the courtyard alone and told Rong Bing to stop making a fuss.

“Jing Sheng, I was afraid Mom would worry, so I told her the child was found and was with my sister. She told me to come and see if she was okay with it. I didn’t expect her to be so excited when she saw you and my sister chatting.”

"Mom, please, let's go home. Jing Sheng is just here to pick up the kids. He and my sister are fine." Rong Bing pretended to be understanding.

"You useless thing, the man has already gone to other women's houses, and you still say it's nothing."

Huo Shufen became even angrier when she saw Rong Yan hiding inside and not even coming out.

"You little slut, if you know fear, why did you seduce someone else's husband and bring him home?"

"Mom, keep your voice down, or people will laugh at you," Rong Bing said, pretending to advise her mother.

"If you're so capable, come out here. You look exactly like your dead mother. You got pregnant by someone else and married your father..." Huo Shufen's insults became increasingly vulgar.

While she wasn't paying attention, Rong Yan picked up a basin of water and poured it over Huo Shufen's head.
