Chapter 38 Getting You

"Hello, neighbor." Fu Jingsheng turned to the side and nodded to Rong Yan.

Rong Yan threw the apple core she was holding at him: "Fu Jingsheng, what are you doing?"

The man mouthed two words: "Fuck you."

Rong Yan came out of the courtyard and grabbed Fu Jingsheng: "Seriously? This house is rented? You're going to live next door to me from now on?"

"Rent? Am I that poor? I bought it. I'm officially moving in today. You're welcome to come visit me." Fu Jingsheng said smugly. "The chef has already come. I heard from Xiao Lei that your housekeeper won't be here until tomorrow. We'll be eating here tonight."

"Eat my ass, goodbye." Rong Yan let go of her hand and went back.

Women may plan everything, but they never expected men to buy the property next door.

In the evening, Rong Shiyu and Rong Shimo passed by Fu Jingsheng's house on their way back from their extracurricular classes.

The man sat in the yard, deliberately waiting for the children to appear, with a heated placemat in front of him filled with all sorts of delicious dishes.

Upon seeing his daughter, he called out, "Xiaoyu, Xiaomo, come and eat."

Rong Shiyu and her sister were both stunned.

Then, as if on cue, they all said, "Old Fu? What are you doing here?"

"Did Mom let him in?" Rong Shiyu thought it was her own home.

A moment later, Rong Yan called out from the door of another house: "Xiao Yu, Xiao Mo."

"Mother?"

The two girls looked at each other and stared at each other for a moment.

"Goodness gracious! Old Fu has moved next door to us!" Rong Shimo made a clicking sound with her lips.

Rong Shiyu asked the housekeeper to take her schoolbag home, and then went to Fu Jingsheng's house. After a day of classes, she was so hungry that the aroma wafting from her father's yard made her unable to leave.

"Old Fu, my mom knows you live next door, isn't she angry?" the girl asked gossipingly, her eyes fixed on the dishes.

"Hmm, you're welcome. I have a task for you: invite your mom over for dinner, and here's your coin purse..."

Before Fu Jingsheng could finish speaking, Rong Shiyu had already run home, grabbed Rong Yan's hand, and dragged her towards Fu Jingsheng's house: "Mom, our cook hasn't come yet, has she? I don't want to eat your butterfly pasta anymore. Old Fu's house has a lot of delicious food, it makes my mouth water just looking at it. Let's go and freeload a meal."

"Mother."

Rong Yan's heels were on the ground. Was she the kind of person who would abandon her principles for a few bites of food?

Rong Shiyu couldn't pull her mother, so she called her younger brothers to come and help.

Fu Yunlei and his brother knew their father was coming today, so in order to prevent their mother from discovering that they were traitors, they stayed upstairs all afternoon and pretended not to know that their father lived next door.

Finally, I heard my sister's voice calling out.

Two little boys ran downstairs, pretending to be clueless: "What's wrong?"

"Didn't you know that Lao Fu moved next door?" Rong Shiyu asked.

Fu Yunlei and his brother shook their heads together: "Really? How come Dad lives next door?"

"You push Mom from behind, there's lots of good food at Old Fu's house, but Mom doesn't want to go." Rong Shiyu used all her strength, and suddenly she heard her stomach growl.

“Okay.” Fu Yunlei and Fu Yunting nudged their mother from behind.

Rong Yan reluctantly agreed.

In Fu Jingsheng's courtyard, Rong Shimo was already sitting down, holding a lamb chop in her hand. Her mother had cooked for two days, and it was really unpalatable. She hadn't eaten anything so delicious in a long time. When her sister went back to call their mother, she couldn't resist and started eating first.

Rong Yan looked at it arrogantly, glancing at the table with disdain.

It's just lamb chops, pig's trotters, mantis shrimp as long as an arm, king crab, black...black abalone...

Wait a minute, does Fu Jingsheng usually live such a luxurious life at home?

Fu Jingsheng opened the soup pot, and the steam from the sea cucumber and bird's nest soup rose slowly.

"Mom, this is your favorite food." Rong Shiyu stood up and looked at it. "Wow, such a big sea cucumber!"

Fu Jingsheng pulled Rong Yan down to sit: "I'll serve you."

Rong Yan closed her eyes, steeled her resolve, and reluctantly took a bite.

After finishing a bowl of soup, Rong Yan prepared to slip away, just then Fu Jingsheng pulled out the "Silent Ship" from under the table.

This rare champagne is no longer available on the market. Rong Yan loves collecting wine, and she spent seven figures over many years trying to acquire the "Silent Ship" but failed.

At this moment, Fu Jingsheng easily took it out.

The man was about to open the bottle when Rong Yan stopped him, asking, "You want to drink it?"

“Well, champagne is meant to be drunk.” Fu Jingsheng pretended not to know that he was holding a bottle of fine wine. “He Wei gave it to me. He told me it was a good wine and that it should only be brought out to entertain distinguished guests. I don’t know much about it, but you are a distinguished guest, so drink it today.”

You don't know Fu Jingsheng?

"It's alright, but I don't really like champagne. Here, give me this bottle, and I'll go home and get a better one to drink with you," Rong Yan said, looking directly at Silent Ship.

"Okay, but you have to drink with me, otherwise how will I know if you're lying to me? The more you drink, the better the wine is."

“Okay.” Rong Yan took the “Silent Ship” home, locked it in the safe, and replaced it with a bottle of 1982 Lafite.

I also brought a few cans of yogurt for the kids.

To prove that the wine she brought was better, Rong Yan drank one glass after another.

Half an hour later, the four children finished eating and returned to Rongyan's villa.

Fu Jingsheng asked the housekeeper to keep an eye on things.

He then began to enjoy time alone with Rong Yan.

To create an ambiguous atmosphere, the man turned off the incandescent light in the yard and replaced it with candles he had prepared beforehand.

"Why turn off the lights?" Rong Yan asked.

"Saves electricity."

"Nonsense, you're up to no good again." The slightly drunk woman hiccuped. "Fu Jingsheng, to be honest, you've been doing alright lately, but..."

The man perked up his ears: "But what?"

“But it’s not enough, you’re not good enough.” Rong Yan’s words were incoherent and unclear.

Rong Yan wavered a little, but when she thought of how Fu Jingsheng had treated her in the past, she backed down. She was afraid that she would fall into it again and what would happen if Fu Jingsheng abandoned her again.

Fu Jingsheng is too sentimental. He thought that Rong Bing saved him and he could give up his happiness to be with Rong Bing. If there were another person who would protect him with their life and treat him better than he did, would he be with that person to repay the debt of gratitude?

Rong Yan could not bear to lose again.

Seven years have passed, and she has finally come out of it.

Fu Jingsheng looked down at himself. Was Rong Yan still not satisfied with that aspect?

But he tested it last time, and it worked perfectly. Could the size be wrong? The man gasped.

The doctor said that duration can be treated, but size is determined by genetics. The only way to change it is through lengthening surgery, but that carries a high risk and could potentially lead to loss of male function.

He consulted several hospitals, but none of them dared to promise 100% success.

Fu Jingsheng was conflicted, wondering whether he should take the gamble.

Rong Yan rested her chin on her hand, looking at the handsome man in front of her. Every time she drank too much, she thought Fu Jingsheng was so handsome.

She wondered if she wouldn't get hurt if she didn't talk about relationships, at least Fu Jingsheng was quite good at using her.

The man's gaze slowly moved away from his lower body and upwards, meeting Rong Yan's dreamy eyes.

"I guarantee you'll be satisfied this time." Before Rong Yan could react, Fu Jingsheng picked her up and carried her straight to the bathroom.
