Hu Yikang tried to pull off the blanket covering him, but Bai Nuo was very strong, swinging the stool down one after another without stopping for a moment!

"Big sister, help me! It's me, Yi Kang! Big sister!" Amid the noise, Hu Ziyao suddenly heard Hu Yi Kang's voice. She thought she had misheard, but when she listened carefully, she found that the voice was coming from inside the building.
"Wait!" Hu Ziyao quickly stopped Bai Nuo and the others.
Bai Nuo looked at her in confusion, "Sister-in-law, what's wrong?"
That address of "elder sister-in-law" made Hu Ziyao frown again. This woman was truly vulgar.
"Is this Yi Kang?" Hu Ziyao asked hurriedly, no longer caring about her dislike for Bai Nuo.
"What are you doing here, Fourth Uncle?" Bai Nuo asked, amused. "Sister-in-law, you've got it wrong, haven't you? This is a thief!" Bai Nuo said, raising her hand to hit him again!
Fearing it might really be Hu Yikang, Hu Ziyao quickly stopped Bai Nuo's actions, "Whether it is or not, I can tell at a glance. If this person is a thief, once he enters my Hu family compound, he won't be able to escape!"
"You say you'll watch, so be it!" Bai Nuo slammed the stool down in her hand. As soon as Bai Nuo put down the stool, everyone else also put down the sticks and brooms they were holding.
Hu Ziyao really held back her anger from Bai Nuo.
She walked over quickly, lifted the sack, revealing the thief's swollen face—who else could it be but Hu Yikang?
"You still say it's not Yi Kang?" Hu Ziyao was utterly furious, glaring at Bai Nuo. "Who else could it be but him? You did this on purpose!"
Bai Nuo burst into tears when she was glared at. "I... how would I know it was Fourth Uncle? I've never seen him before. There was a man I'd never seen before suddenly in my room, so naturally I assumed he was a thief!"
Hu Yikang felt like vomiting as he listened to Bai Nuo's words. He had clearly told Bai Nuo who he was, but this person was still pretending. He was both angry and anxious. He was about to speak, but he only managed to utter the word "sister" before fainting.
Hu Ziyao was both angry and furious, but Hu Yikang's health was the most important thing right now. She didn't bother to pay attention to Bai Nuo and only left a sentence, "You can explain to your parents yourself!" Then she told her maid to carry Hu Yikang away.
