No man could stand his woman being treated like that, and Huang Wenbo immediately retorted angrily, "You brat, how dare you!"
Xia Donglai smiled nonchalantly, "Old man, don't worry. After I've dealt with your woman, I'll send you down to be with her, so you can live happily ever after. Then it'll be your son. Don't worry, I'll make sure your family is reunited!"

"She's just a courtesan, what are you talking about? Aren't you ashamed?" Xia Donglai said, pausing for a moment. Just as Qian Peilan breathed a sigh of relief, Xia Donglai began his second stab.
Qian Peilan screamed again.
How could Huang Wenbo and his son remain unmoved? Qian Peilan was their beloved daughter, and seeing her being so abused, their lips trembled (their bodies were paralyzed), crying out, "Stop! Stop!"
Xia Donglai ignored him.

"We really only have half the antidote. That person said that if we can get back to where we are, he will tell us the whereabouts of the other half!"
