"Go get some water for it!" Bai Nuo said. It was her first time driving a carriage, and she wasn't very good at it. Fortunately, the black horse was not only intelligent but also well-behaved and didn't cause any trouble. Bai Nuo stumbled her way home, but by the time she got home, she had already mastered the skills of driving the carriage.
Thanks to Liao Liao, this dark horse, for not making things difficult for her, Bai Nuo decided to treat her well.
As they were talking, the black horse and carriage were placed in the middle of the courtyard. Hearing Bai Nuo speak, the horse blinked its big eyes and swished its tail left and right.
"Hey!" Ayu responded excitedly, then took the bucket to the well to fetch water. When he returned, he watched the black horse drink water without blinking.
Bai Nuo ignored him and let him look around. After the black horse had drunk its fill of water, she drove the carriage to the side, untied the rope from the black horse, and then tied the black horse to the other side.
"Sister, where did you get your carriage?" Ah Yu was still very excited and curious, and he really wanted to know the answer to this question.
"I bought it!" Bai Nuo laughed. "It will be much more convenient for us to go to town from now on; we won't have to walk anymore."
"We can go even further!" Bai Yu added excitedly, his eyes shining.
"Ayu, why don't you go back to school?" Bai Nuo stroked Bai Yu's soft black hair. After a period of care, Bai Yu had gained a little weight and wasn't as dark-skinned, but seeing the marks of life on Ayu's tender little face, Bai Nuo felt very sorry for him.
"No!" Bai Yu shook his head directly, his mouth puffed out with reluctance, burying his face in Bai Nuo's clothes. "There's no sister at the school, I'm not going, I want to go with my sister."
“You can go home even if you go to school. I live in the same town as you. After class, I’ll take you home in a carriage, okay?” Education has always been a problem. Bai Nuo is alright. After her soul was replaced, she went from not knowing how to read to knowing how to read. But that’s because Bai Nuo had learned these ancient characters before. She wasn’t born knowing them. On the contrary, Bai Yu is already a nine-year-old child and hasn’t even had any formal education.
Bai Nuo wasn't short of money, so she still wanted to send A Yu to school to learn some knowledge, otherwise he would suffer from being uneducated and illiterate when he grew up.
"No! I want to do business with my sister!" No matter what, Bai Yu just wouldn't agree, burying his head in Bai Nuo's arms. Bai Nuo could even feel Bai Yu laughing.
"Let me tell you, I'm not here to discuss this with you, I'm here to tell you about this decision!" Bai Nuo pulled Bai Yu out, grabbed Bai Yu's shoulders and looked at him seriously, "Starting tomorrow, I'll keep an eye out for schools for you. If I find a suitable one, you'll go and attend classes. I don't need someone who can't read to do business with me. What can you do if you can't even read? Can you even read all the words on a banknote? You won't even know if someone is cheating you!"
Seeing Bai Nuo's serious expression, Bai Yu dared not chuckle anymore and could only nod sheepishly, "Oh!"
After she had settled things with her grandmother, she put Bai Yu in the school. Seeing Bai Yu's aggrieved expression, Bai Nuo became even more determined.

Day 3
This was also the day Bai Nuo picked up her wheelchair. In the past three days, Bai Nuo had almost finished arranging everything. A Yu's school had been found, and a caregiver had also been found for Grandma. She would live with them for three taels of silver a month, including room and board. She would take care of Grandma, do housework, cook, and so on.
When Bai Nuo brought the wheelchair back, the nanny and A Yu were both at home. It seemed the nanny had arrived at dawn; today was her first time visiting. She was quite punctual. They were both very curious when they saw Bai Nuo bring back this thing. Bai Yu immediately rushed over, "Sister, how can this chair move? Is it a chair-cart?" In their eyes, anything that moved was usually a vehicle, like a horse-drawn carriage or a handcart.
"This is called a wheelchair, not a chair!" Bai Nuo laughed. "It's for Grandma!"
"Aunt Liu, come and see how this wheelchair works!" Bai Nuo called the caregiver over. The caregiver's surname was Liu. Bai Nuo had hired her from an employment agency. She was said to be a widow with an honest face. More importantly, she was very strong and could easily lift the old lady up by herself.
Bai Nuo wanted her because of this.
“My grandma will be sitting in this chair from now on. During the day, you should carry her to this chair, push her out to get some sun, and take her for walks around!” Bai Nuo said, supporting herself on the wheelchair with one hand while looking at Grandma Liu.
"How do you use this thing?" Aunt Liu looked at the wheelchair curiously. "Does it move when you push it?" She had just watched Bai Nuo push the wheelchair like that, but she still didn't quite understand whether the wheelchair moved when pushed or if there was some kind of mechanism.
"It moves with a push!" Bai Nuo demonstrated to Aunt Liu, pushing the wheelchair forward a few steps and moving it accordingly. Then she squatted down beside it, pressed a button, and the chair in the middle opened, revealing a wooden tub. "This is for my grandma in an emergency, but I hope she won't need it." Bai Nuo had also designed a toilet at the bottom of the wheelchair, so that she could automatically sit on it when no one was around. This was just for emergencies, a precaution. Since Aunt Liu had been asked to help, she had to put in the effort.
That's why Bai Nuo made a special mention of it.
"Okay, I understand." Aunt Liu nodded, her eyes fixed on the wheelchair.
