Because Hu Mingmei wouldn't let her get out of bed, saying that it takes a hundred days to recover from a broken bone. Seeing that everything was fine at Duobaoge and at home, Bai Nuo was no longer worried.
After feeling relieved, Bai Nuo thought of a few other people.
"Second Master said those three are all here, where are they?" It's time to settle old scores and new grudges!
Lu Ying smiled and said, "They're all in the secret room. Come with me, young lady!"
Then Bai Nuo was led downstairs by Lu Ying and entered a study-like place. There, she saw Lu Ying turn on a switch on the wall, and the entire wall opened.
The scenery before me was different now.
"This is something we just set up. We were in a rush and haven't had time to perfect it yet," Lu Ying said, looking at the interior layout.
The secret room truly was a secret room, a sealed room with no table, no bed, and no furniture whatsoever. The entire room was sealed off, with only a few small openings allowing a faint glimmer of light and air to pass through.
In the middle of the secret room, there were three chairs, each with a person strapped to it—Yu Ziqing sat in the middle, with Old Lady Yu and Zhang Jiyue sitting on either side.
"Why are they blindfolded?" Bai Nuo asked softly. Yu Ziqing and the others were all blindfolded, but she didn't know if they could hear people talking, so Bai Nuo lowered her voice.
“We said from the beginning that we would send them to the authorities, but Second Master only needs the authorities to deal with someone,” Lu Ying said softly. “They injured the young lady and kept her bedridden for days. Second Master wanted the young lady to take revenge herself, so we blindfolded them as soon as we left and brought them here. They still think they are in the government prison and keep crying out that they are innocent. Humph, with such vicious hearts, how can we wrong them after what they did?”
"What's wrong with that old woman?" Bai Nuo noticed that Old Lady Yu's hand looked strange.

Lu Ying glanced at Zhang Jiyue with some disdain. Really, they hadn't done anything to her, yet she acted all wronged. Unlike Bai Nuo, who hadn't uttered a single cry even when she was so badly injured.

"Let me think about it!" Bai Nuo said calmly. Although Hu Mingmei's methods were simple, brutal, and bloody, she liked this tit-for-tat approach very much.

Looking at Yu Ziqing, Bai Nuo thought of Jiang San Niang.
Third Sister likes this scumbag so much, she would be very sad to see him like this, right?

"Come with me for a walk!" Bai Nuo said, and started walking towards the door.
