The voice wasn't quiet. Bai Nuo heard Princess Cheng laughing and saying something to the person speaking. Immediately afterward, Bai Nuo heard the person say, "Hmph, sister-in-law, you're getting more and more casual, bringing all sorts of people together. Aren't you afraid of burying our status?"
The old woman who was leading the way for Bai Nuo paused for a moment, glancing at Bai Nuo somewhat uncomfortably. Bai Nuo, however, seemed not to have heard a word. Seeing Bai Nuo's expression, the old woman quickly concealed her surprise and led Bai Nuo towards the pavilion.
At the garden gate, Princess Cheng was talking to a woman dressed in equally luxurious attire. This woman was the wife of the Fifth Prince, Prince Ming. Princess Cheng looked at Princess Ming and smiled, "Fifth sister-in-law, we are all family. What's this talk of burying or not burying?"
"Hmph!" Princess Ming sneered, looking at Bai Nuo's back with disdain, "If Fourth Sister-in-law says we are family with Young Master Hu, I'm willing to admit it, but this woman wants to be family with us? No way! I've heard that this woman's background isn't even that of a humble family, she's just a village girl. I don't know what Young Master Hu was thinking. So many noble ladies from the capital want to marry him, but he didn't want any of them and chose a village girl instead."
Princess Cheng looked at Princess Ming with a smile on her face, "Alright, stop talking. It's sunny outside, why don't you go inside and cool off?" She had gone to great lengths to invite her here, and there was no reason for Princess Ming to offend her. If she offended her right at her own doorstep, wouldn't everyone laugh at her?

"Go, don't let anyone upset Young Madam Hu!" Princess Cheng said to the wet nurse beside her as Princess Ming went inside.
"Yes!" The wet nurse, Granny Zhu, also knew that the purpose of this banquet was simply to get on Bai Nuo's good side and bring the Hu family to their side. Everyone else was just there to make up the numbers, and Bai Nuo was someone they couldn't afford to offend.
Seeing that Granny Zhu had left in a hurry, Princess Cheng finally felt relieved and put on a polite smile as she stood aside waiting for the guests to arrive.
The guests felt very comfortable today. The garden was full of flowers and the scenery was breathtaking. Not only was the hostess, Princess Cheng, waiting for them outside, regardless of their status, which made them feel very pleased.

Bai Nuo glanced around the hall and noticed a dark green bead placed around the perimeter, emanating a faint chill. Bai Nuo was quite surprised by what she saw.
These beads are neither air conditioners nor ice cubes, but they are just like air conditioners, and they don't take up much space.
