The two thugs looked at each other for a moment, then one of them ran inside and came out a short while later, saying, "The boss said you can go in."
Huo Yanting and Huo Yanzhen went inside and saw a group of thugs, but they didn't see Su Miaoren.
"Where is the person I asked for?" Huo Yanting's face was terribly gloomy. He had brought the money, but he hadn't seen Su Miao. Had he been tricked?
"Don't worry, you brought the money, I'll release the person naturally." The bearded man looked at the two handsome men and beautiful women in front of him, feeling a little guilty. He couldn't very well say that the woman was lying there covered in blood.

The bearded man called over a brother to take the check and hand it to him. Then the bearded man's men began to retreat. Before leaving, the bearded man told Huo Yanting and the others that Su Miao was inside the factory!

When Huo Yanting and Huo Yanzhen ran into the factory, they saw Su Miao covered in blood. Huo Yanting felt his heart stop at that moment.
Huo Yanzhen stood there, unsure of how to approach.
Could Su Miao have already been murdered?
"Su Miao—" Huo Yanzhen cried out, tears streaming down her face. She had never shed tears before in her life, but this time she was truly crying for Su Miao.
Huo Yanting looked at Su Miao on the ground, his heart aching as if someone were stabbing him in the heart with a knife, causing him to bleed profusely.
He didn't dare to go up to look at Su Miao, afraid that he would see a bad outcome.
Huo Yanzhen slowly walked towards Su Miao, and only when she got closer did she realize that Su Miao was only bleeding from her lower body, and was otherwise fine. Her tears welled up in her eyes.

Huo Yanting then picked up Su Miao and strode towards his car.
Huo Yanzhen drove, while Huo Yanting held Su Miao in his arms and sat in the back. The police had already led the group of thugs away, but one or two remained there to check on Huo Yanting's situation.
Only after confirming that everyone was alright did he drive back to the police station.
At the hospital, Huo Yanting carried Su Miao, who was covered in blood, into the hospital. He was covered in Su Miao's blood, but he did not care about his appearance at all and arranged surgery for Su Miao as quickly as possible.
Huo Yanzhen followed closely behind Huo Yanting. Seeing the operating room light come on, she patted Huo Yanting on the shoulder and said, "Everything will be alright."
