Chapter 23: The Rise of Class



He subconsciously glanced at Han Xu and Chi Lin in the back row.

Han Xu shrugged; clearly, these two had been welcomed in the same way.

Jiang Nian then walked up to the podium and said, "Hello everyone, I am Jiang Nian. Please take care of me in the future."

Jiang Nian's features are not actually sharp, but her temperament is too aloof. She rarely smiles, and her dark eyes always convey a sense of indifference, which easily makes people feel distant from her.

But the students in Class 36 didn't find Jiang Nian cold at all. A genius, after all, couldn't possibly have the same personality as an ordinary person.

They felt that Jiang Nian had been wronged in the top class, and now that she was in Class 36, they were determined to treat her well!

Zhou Sen said, "Jiang Nian, in our class, boys sit with boys and girls sit with girls. If you don't want to sit with someone, I can get you a single seat."

Jiang Nian looked up and saw an empty seat next to a girl in the corner. She pointed and said, "No need to trouble the teacher, I'll sit next to that student."

The girl Jiang Nian pointed at blushed instantly, and her heart pounded.

"Okay, okay, then go sit down," Zhou Sen nodded, then scratched his head a little embarrassedly.

"It's just that our class's conditions aren't as good as the top-performing class, so you three will have to adjust a bit..."

It was an unfamiliar number.

Zhou Sen thought it was some kind of delivery and picked it up casually.

Then someone spoke on the other end of the phone, their voice carrying an air of nobility: "Is this Zhou Sen, the homeroom teacher of Class 36, Grade 12 at Yingzhong High School? I am Ji Yanli."
