Chapter 194 Mission Target

At the deserted island base, He Ci received a new mission: to kill a woman. He Ci didn't want to go; he wouldn't kill someone who was powerless.

When He Ci arrived at the office, his superior handed him a photograph; the person in the photo was his target.

"He Ci, your superiors have ordered you to lead men to kill the person in the photo."

He Ci took the photo and looked at it. He was almost drawn in at first glance. The woman in the photo was heroic and graceful, with a touch of cold arrogance amidst her gentleness.

He Ci felt that the woman in the photo shouldn't look like this; a pitiful, tearful look would suit her better.

He Ci clutched his heart, where he had just experienced a sharp, throbbing pain, and he didn't understand why he felt that way.

"This woman is called Su Ning. Outsiders call her Boss Su. She is currently the leader of the Qinghai Gang in Hong Kong."

Su Ning, Qinghai Gang, leader—these familiar words flooded He Ci's mind, making him feel suffocated. Especially Su Ning; the name felt so familiar, as if it were engraved in his heart.

In the past three years, he has never thought about regaining his memory. After recovering from his injury, he started training here and kept taking on missions.

Several times he narrowly escaped death, and upon seeing the woman in the photo, He Ci desperately wanted to meet her.

Zhuang Xiong, also known as the prison bully in Hong Kong, originally wanted to go to the mainland to develop his career after his release and start a new life in a place where no one knew him.

After being released from prison, he had no money and no visa to go to the mainland, so he found a fishing boat to smuggle himself across the border. As fate would have it, the people on the boat pulled up a body.

Zhuang Xiong wanted to go and join the fun, but when he saw that the person being pulled out of the water was actually He Ci, his pupils began to dilate.

The people on the boat didn't want to get involved and wanted to throw He Ci back into the sea, but Zhuang Xiong rushed over to stop them. Although he had a grudge against He Ci, the two had reconciled when he was released from prison.

When he touched He Ci's chest and found he was still breathing, he begged the fishermen to save He Ci and promised them a reward.

When people are down on their luck, even drinking water can cause them to have problems. They actually encountered pirates, who captured them and sent them directly to this deserted island base.

Of the people on the fishing boat, only he and He Ci are still alive. Those people were killed during training. The base never keeps idle people; it's either kill the other party or be killed yourself.

He Ci and Zhuang Xiong were both skilled fighters, and they quickly climbed out of the mountain of corpses. Of the original five hundred people, only about twenty survived, including the two of them.

When Zhuang Xiong saw He Ci return, he went over to ask what happened. He Ci touched his chest and then looked at Zhuang Xiong.

"Big Bear, do you recognize me?"

Big Bear was puzzled. He never responded to any congratulatory messages he usually received. What was wrong with him today?

"He Ci, what is this mission? Why are you suddenly asking this?"

He Ci and Zhuang Xiong had a very good relationship, and he didn't hide anything from them; perhaps Zhuang Xiong knew more than he did.

"I want to regain my lost memories. You know my name is He Ci, and we're both from Gangcheng. Do you know anything about the Qinghai Gang?"

Zhuang Xiong didn't speak. He didn't know what to say because he didn't know much either. He and He Ci were just cellmates, and they were like oil and water. Everything he knew was hearsay.

"I don't know much about your situation. We met in prison, where we were mortal enemies."

“You were originally supposed to be sentenced to a year of labor reform, but you left in the middle and came back a few days before your release. We have also put our differences behind us.”

"Everyone says you are the heir of the underworld, a famous young master of the He family in Hong Kong, and that the Qinghai Gang is also your family's, and that you are the new leader there."

Da Xiong said the Qinghai Gang belonged to his family, so the woman in the photo must also be related to him. He Ci quickly pulled the photo out of his pocket.

"Big Bear, do you know this woman? What's our relationship?"

Big Bear was also attracted to the woman above; she was really beautiful, both gorgeous and cool.

"That's all I know about you. I've never seen the woman in the photo. Is the person in the photo your target for this mission?"

He Ci didn't speak. If, as Da Xiong said, the Qinghai Gang belonged to his family, then could the woman in the photo be related to him?
