The fuel staged combustion technology uses reducing gas to reduce nitric oxide into harmless gas nitrogen at high temperature.
Without lowering the temperature of the combustion chamber, a denitrification device is added at the flue gas outlet. The reducing gas generated reacts with NO at high temperature to reduce it to harmless gas (more than 95% of NXOX gas in the flue gas is NO).
