Chapter 51 It's been seven days, so we need to stick together tightly.
Hillran was embraced tightly, and Sersia rested her head on his shoulder, looking at him slowly and gently, her gaze filled with focused attention, clear as day.
The human who was serving porridge stopped, and those beautiful ice-blue eyes looked at him peacefully, in a very good mood, with a clear smile on his lips.
"Thank you for your hard work, baby. I've made dinner. You go and eat first. I'll serve the porridge and come over."
Sersia hummed in agreement, pressed her lips to his chin, leaving a very light kiss, before letting go and washing the dishes and placing them on the dining table.
When Hillland came out with the porridge, she saw the gift on the table and asked curiously, "What's this...?"
Sersia extended her fingertip and pushed the paper bag over. She saw Hillan take it and open it; it was heavy and substantial inside.
"These are ceramic mugs that we painted together as a couple."
The cups need to be fired after the previous customers have finished, but today, as soon as the cups were finished, they were delivered by a special delivery bug.
Hillland then remembered that they had said they would have to wait about one or two months, and now that time was almost up. He had originally planned to go and pick it up when he had some free time, but he didn't expect that Sersia had already brought it over.
Hillland carefully took the contents out of the bag, afraid of breaking them. The kitten and puppy cups inside were neatly arranged. Hillland knew that the colors from the fired paint would be much darker than the original colors, so the paint was a bit lighter than it actually was, and now the colors were just right, incredibly cute.
Hillland excitedly took it to be washed and disinfected, saying, "It can be used normally tomorrow. It's being disinfected in the disinfection cabinet right now."
Hillan put the food down and sat back down, watching him excitedly as he ate with Sersia.
He really enjoys simply having a meal with the person he loves; just thinking about it makes him happy.
Of course, it still is!
Sersia took a few bites and saw the human's bright eyes looking at him, which softened her heart.
He's been slowly closing in, and the royal family doesn't suspect him. I estimate he'll be back in the legion and regain real power in less than a month.
It's time for a reshuffling of those corrupt figures in the political arena.
In just a few breaths, Sersia had already decided who to bring down next, but her face remained calm and peaceful. She obediently finished the dinner prepared by Hillan, and was then coaxed by the humans to take a bath together.
Even though they had been completely honest with each other countless times, Sersia still felt a little embarrassed.
He rarely bathed with Hillan, but mostly helped him bathe, cleaned him, and reduced the swelling.
Although Sersia always said she would do it herself, Hillan was very stubborn and would sulk if he wasn't allowed to do it, making it impossible for the pest to refuse.
When they took a shower together, Hillland closed the door as soon as they entered. He habitually hung up his clothes first, put the towel and other items aside, and then started to take off his clothes.
The bathroom furnishings and lighting were very warm, and the light shone on Hillan's body as if it were covered with a layer of glaze, making it look as smooth and warm as jade. Because he had taken off his clothes, his hair was a messy, fluffy mess, with a few strands curling up.
His dark, grape-like eyes looked over and blinked. "Why, baby, are you still not dressed?"
Sersia turned her head away, as if she could hardly bear it, and began to unbutton her clothes.
After the clothes were removed, his appearance became clearer. His muscles were firm and smooth, very beautiful. The scar on his lower abdomen had faded a lot, but there was still a light-colored mark.
Hillland's gaze was fixed on him, but it was purely one of admiration. He also had muscles, originally about the same as Sersia's, but recently, while doing research and moving things around, he had developed some more muscle.
Hillland worked out his arms and sculpted his physique, also working on his back and waist. He put in a lot of effort to make his body look like some kind of work of art.
Sersia's body is really strong and slender.
Hillland liked it very much. He couldn't help but raise his hand and gently place it on the female insect's soft abdomen, slowly feeling the power contained beneath the muscles through the skin.
It's a feeling that's hard to describe.
The female insect's power and terrifying regenerative abilities prevented him from connecting with Sersia in front of him, but he did possess such power.
Hillland began to get serious.
He felt this was related to his love for Sersia so much that he always felt she needed protection! It wasn't that he was deliberately belittling Sersia, but rather that Hillan really wanted to crumple Sersia into a tiny little thing and put her in his pocket.
It's so cute just thinking about it!
Kerssia suddenly felt an urge to run away. Although seeing the scars wasn't something that was unbearable for a worm, Hillan was so serious and focused, and the temperature of his palm was almost burning him, making him want to shrink back.
He remembered... that his male insect friends seemed to be preparing to lay eggs one after another.
Hillan, do you want the egg?
Sersia's lips moved, but she didn't say anything in the end. Hillan, however, moved closer to him in a clingy manner, pressed him down in the chair, and pressed herself against him, their actions intimate.
Hillan just thought Sersia's belly was cute and pretty, and wanted to stick it on.
He lingered there for a while, then stood up and kissed Sersia's chin several times. "I'll help you take a bath."
Seeing Cecilia's somewhat surprised look, Hillan assumed he was shy and said, "It's okay, I won't bother you."
Sersia has been very busy lately, she needs to get some rest.
The female insect quietly accepted the human's request, and then her body was rubbed and foamed by Hillan, instantly covering her entire body as if she were sinking into a snowdrift.
The temperature here is just right, and even with moisture on his body, he doesn't feel cold. Hillan is massaging his shoulders, neck, and back, and slowly moving down to his waist.
“When I was little, I often massaged my parents, mostly my mother. She was really amazing, she could unload and sort goods by herself, but after doing so much unloading, she developed a lot of problems with her hands, shoulders and neck. My dad and I took turns massaging her.”
His massage skills are very proficient.
Sersia seemed to have sensed Master Hillan's authority, and her tense body relaxed, her whole insect shrouded in a deep drowsiness.
Hillland adjusted the temperature and gently rinsed off all the foam from his body. She then dried him thoroughly with a soft towel, packed him up, and brought him to bed.
When Hillan returned after taking a bath, Sersia was already fast asleep.
He walked over, quietly admired his wife's adorable sleeping face, couldn't resist kissing her cheek, and then sneaked into bed, afraid of waking her up.
The next day, when Hillland woke up, the female insect beside him was nowhere to be found, leaving only a note.
[Pino Star is unsafe recently. Try to stay home as much as possible. I need to take care of something and may not be back for three days. Message me if you need anything. - Sersia]
Hillland took out his personal terminal and sent a long message saying "I miss you".
Hillan: Baby, be careful, we're waiting for you to come back!!!
Hillan: [Well-behaved.JPG]
Hillan: I'll message you often!
Hillan made full use of his sticky insect nature, bombarding Sersia with messages from time to time, and then obediently went to do his research.
He spent most of his time analyzing and developing, and didn't have time to go out. However, he could see from the information videos in his computer that there had been a lot of murders and robberies on Pino Star recently, so it was definitely not a good time to go out. After all, he didn't know how to fight and only knew some basic self-defense techniques.
99 frequently goes out to ship couples, it's become a kind of muscle memory for her, and when she comes back she keeps chuckling.
Normally, Hillland would ask the system what memorable scenes it had witnessed, but now that his research had taken some direction and he was eager to experiment, he let the system watch remotely as several young couples screamed and rolled around.
Seven days passed in a flash. Cecilia seemed to be tripped up. He didn't have the three days he was supposed to have. He returned home in the middle of the night and saw that no one was sleeping in the room, so he went to the research institute in the basement.
But Cecilia didn't seem to be in good condition, showing obvious anxiety and restlessness, and her actions to find Hillan inevitably seemed somewhat hasty.
Hillland was still awake, looking at the test report. He had only disassembled 20% of the barrier agent because he didn't have a deep understanding of most of the materials and was learning as he went.
When he saw that Sersia had returned, he blinked, thinking he was seeing things. It wasn't until Sersia was outside the research room that he finally realized that Sersia had returned.
Hillland decisively put down what he was doing. After all, he didn't know when Sersia would be out again, and it would be a waste if he was busy here and only had one night left.
Hillland cleaned her protective suit, making sure she wasn't contaminated before letting out a sigh of relief. She walked over and said in a pitiful tone, "Baby, it's been a week! We haven't seen each other at all!!"
With her mind full of data and Sersia, Hillan hugged him affectionately the moment she saw him, showing no sign of anger.
Hillland was worried that something might have happened to him outside and he wouldn't be able to come back, so she breathed a sigh of relief when she saw that he had replied.
It was absolutely terrifying!
Only after reporting to humans did Sersia's confused state become somewhat clearer.
Cersia didn't answer him. Instead, without saying a word, she cupped Hillland's cheeks and kissed him. Cersia rarely took such initiative and was very aggressive. Hillland hadn't reacted at first, but then her palms clung to Hillland's back, letting him passively feel the kiss.
For the first time, Hillan felt a bit dizzy. His neck was flushed red, and the female insect's mental sea was extremely excited, as if it was demanding something.
Hillland felt as if his soul was being kissed away. He reached out and touched the familiar sensation.
Perhaps it was the seven days of separation that caused the female insect's fever and disorder due to her dependence on his pheromones, since they usually only seduce each other every two or three days.
Seven days is too long.
Sersia caught the familiar scent, and her legs went weak. She wrapped her arms around the human's waist, letting her body be exposed inch by inch.
Hillland took it in her mouth, gently biting it with her teeth, as if to prevent him from backing down.
"Relax, Sersia."
Hillland kissed his body softly and gently.
"Open it."
Her indescribably hot body suddenly pressed against the cold wall, and Sersia regained some of her senses.
He obediently listened to what humans said.
