Chapter 20 Mr. Gu, the young lady and the second young master went to Mingchan Temple together

Chapter 20 Mr. Gu, the young lady and the second young master went to Mingchan Temple together

Su Jiuyao was extremely embarrassed, and her face was so red that it seemed like blood was about to drip out.

Does she still have the habit of talking in her sleep?

Su Jiuyao took a deep breath and explained seriously, "I'm just too cold."

"That's okay. I don't mind."

Gu Hanye stood up with a smile and got out of bed calmly.

As soon as he walked into the bathroom, Su Jiuyao buried her head in the quilt.

In that dream, she did take the initiative to hug the white fox, and rubbed and kneaded it...

When Su Jiuyao thought about the fact that she had mistaken Gu Hanye for a big white fox last night, she felt sick all over.

Afterwards, Su Jiuyao had breakfast with Gu Hanye in a very unnatural manner.

It was not until Gu Hanye went to the company that she remembered that she had forgotten to mention going to Mingchan Temple.

Before leaving, he left a note for Gu Hanye, saying, "I'm going to Mingchan Temple and will be back tonight."

It was a rare occasion that Gu Hanye didn't have to work overtime or socialize at night, so he returned home at five in the afternoon.

After entering the door, I found the note left by Su Jiuyao at the entrance.

She went to Mingchan Temple? Why didn't she tell me in advance?

Uncle Qi had just returned from the old house. Seeing Gu Hanye in a daze, he asked what was wrong.

Gu Hanye then said that Jiuyao had gone to Mingchan Temple.

Uncle Qi was stunned: "What a coincidence, the second young master is there too!"

Gu Hanye's heart was no longer at peace.

"What is he doing there?" Gu Hanye didn't remember that his younger brother had such beliefs and habits.

Uncle Qi said he didn't know either, but he heard the second young master say that when he was leaving.

Gu Hanye fell into deep thought. He thought about the two days ago when Tianqi had announced that he wanted to pursue Jiuyao.

Although Jiuyao said that she had no good feelings towards Gu Tianqi, if the two had not made an appointment to go to the mountains together, how could Gu Tianqi know that she went to Mingchan Temple.

Thinking of this, Gu Hanye became more and more upset and said to Uncle Qi, "I'm going to the mountains."

After saying that, he walked out of the door, drove an off-road vehicle and headed towards the mountains.

At noon that day, Su Jiuyao had arrived at Mingchan Temple and met Master Mingdeng.

Ten years ago, Master Mingdeng was bitten by a poisonous snake in the mountains. Xiao Jiuyao happened to meet him while collecting herbs. She risked her own life to suck out the snake venom from his leg and saved the master's life, but she almost lost her own life.

From then on, Master Mingdeng, who never accepted disciples, became Su Jiuyao's teacher, teaching her music, chess, calligraphy, painting, etc.

He is the person closest to Jiuyao in these years, like a teacher and a father to him.

Master Mingdeng is now over fifty years old, but he loves mountains and rivers, poetry and painting. In Su Jiuyao's heart, he is an elder with a free and easy temperament and an open mind, which makes her both envious and respectful.

After the two met, as usual, Master Mingdeng did not mention anything else and first asked her to play a game of chess.

Jiuyao was thinking about asking for a painting and was a little distracted.

Master Mingdeng easily won a game against her and said with a smile, "Xiao Jiuyao, you're playing chess with Master, but you're still so distracted. Are you missing your little husband already after just parting?"

Su Jiuyao blushed, "Master, why are you kidding me? I was just thinking about how to tell you."

"Oh? You're here to draw?"

Su Jiuyao stuck out her tongue: "I can't hide anything from you, old man."

"Are you asking for a painting for someone?"

Su Jiuyao then told him frankly that she was asking for a painting on behalf of Grandpa Gu.

The day before, she heard Uncle Qi say that Grandpa Gu liked Master Mingdeng's paintings, so she made up her mind to ask the master for a work.

After hearing this, Master Mingdeng laughed and said, "It's no big deal! I just happened to have a painting of a mountain and water with green pines. If you like it, take it!"

Su Jiuyao knew that Master Mingdeng cherished his paintings very much and poured a lot of passion into each of them. He was now generously giving them to others because of the deep bond between them as master and disciple.

After admiring the painting, Su Jiuyao secretly praised her master's painting, expressed her gratitude again and again, and carefully accepted it.

Afterwards, Su Jiuyao went to see her two Moonlight Butterflies. These two little fish had been taken care of by Master Mingdeng and looked very healthy, so Su Jiuyao felt relieved.

After bidding farewell to Master Mingdeng, Su Jiuyao came to her home, packed some luggage, and prepared to take it back to the city.

Half an hour later, she was dragging her suitcase out of the Zen temple. When she looked up, she saw Gu Tianqi just entering the Zen temple.

Their eyes met, and they were both stunned.

Su Jiuyao secretly sighed in her heart that enemies often meet on a narrow road.

Gu Tianqi felt that being able to meet her like this, wasn't this a sign of destiny?
