Chapter 2347 Not in the same world

Chapter 2347 Not in the same world

Tang Xin now finally understood why children from poor families were always sensitive, and also understood why some people had a hatred of the rich. It was probably because of this huge psychological gap and imbalance.

But Tang Xin did not hate Xiaojiu and Xiaoyu. She just felt that sometimes, people's joys and sorrows were not the same.

She sincerely wished Xiaoyu a happy wedding, but she never wanted to attend such a wedding again, never wanted to visit such a life again, and never wanted to have any contact with Lin Zihang again.

These would make her even more unsure how to face her own messy life...

Now, she just wants to return to her own world, live her life to the best of her ability, and not expect things that do not belong to her. Maybe then she won’t feel pain.

Tang Xin took a deep breath, shifted her gaze, and walked out of the hotel.

But before she walked out of the hotel's back garden, she heard Lin Zihang's voice behind her, as if calling her name.

Her eyes were filled with tears, but her pace became faster.

Did he still chase her out? Did he have something to say, or did he want to send her off?

No matter what it was, just pretend that you didn't hear it. If it was something important, Lin Zihang would call her anyway.

She didn't want to stop for a moment now, and didn't want to look back at the person she couldn't hope for.

Tang Xin walked out of the hotel without looking back and stood anxiously on the roadside to stop a car. She originally wanted to take the bus home, but in order to leave quickly, she had to take a taxi first.

But I don’t know if it’s because it’s noon, but there are very few taxis, and the occasional one that passes by is carrying passengers.

A red Ferrari stopped in front of her.

Tang Xin subconsciously took a step back, the passenger window rolled down, and she looked towards the driver's seat. It turned out to be He Xuyang who had approached her.

"Get in the car, my little beauty, I'll take you there." He smiled brightly and looked harmless.

"No, thank you. I'll take a taxi myself."

"You can't get a taxi here. Taxis rarely go to this street. Why don't I take you to the main road first?"

Tang Xin wanted to say that she could walk out by herself, but out of the corner of her eye, she saw a silver-gray sports car driving out from the direction of the garage. She recognized the car; it belonged to Lin Zihang.

After a quick weighing of the pros and cons, Tang Xin opened the car door and got into the red Ferrari.

She looked in the rearview mirror and saw that the silver sports car behind her slowly stopped by the roadside and did not follow.

It seemed that her guess was correct. Lin Zihang came out to see her off, and when he saw her get into someone else's car, he stopped.

What would he think of her?

Just now she firmly rejected He Xuyang, but now she got into his car again.

Would Lin Zihang think she was hypocritical and pretentious?

Forget it, she shook her head and stopped herself from thinking too much. It didn’t matter what Lin Zihang thought of her. They would never meet again in the future anyway.

He Xuyang helped her raise the window on that side and glanced at her with a smile: "You should have come up a long time ago. It's so cold, and you're wearing so little."

As he said that, he turned on the heater in the car.

When He Xuyang reminded her, she suddenly remembered that she had forgotten her coat at the wedding. She sighed dejectedly and thought about sending a message to Xiaojiu or Xiaoyu to ask them to help her pick up her coat, but finally gave up.

It's just an old piece of clothing, so there's no need to trouble them. She can just come back to get it later. It will probably be kept by the hotel staff.

"Just take me to the main road ahead."

He Xuyang looked at her with a smile but did not answer.

When he reached the main road, He Xuyang did not stop the car, but drove into the expressway. On the expressway, there are often two or three intersections before you can exit the road.

Tang Xin thought she had not explained herself clearly, so she quickly emphasized it again, saying that she would just take a taxi back and asked He Xuyang to drive out from the next exit.

He Xuyang smiled helplessly: "Okay, don't feel so bad, I have plenty of time, just let me take you there."

“Really, no need!”

"Tell me the address."

"I said no."

He Xuyang glanced at her and said playfully, "If you don't tell me the address, I'll take you home."

Tang Xin didn't know if all young men like him were so willful and reckless, but she had no mood to play with him at all. She was extremely tired at this moment.

I simply stopped pestering him and told him my home address.

After a while, He Xuyang asked, "Did you have a fight with Mr. Lin?"

"What?" She looked at He Xuyang in confusion.

"Otherwise, why didn't you let him take you there, but got in my car instead?"

"no."

Tang Xin shifted her gaze to the car window and didn't want to explain anything to the rich young man next to her whom she had only known for two hours. Even if she explained, he wouldn't understand.

She didn't want Lin Zihang to send her home because she didn't want him to see her current miserable life, and she didn't want him to care and take care of her like he was doing charity, even though he had good intentions.

The only thing she has now is this pitiful and pathetic self-esteem.

There was no conversation along the way until the car drove through a bumpy road and waded through a smelly alley. Tang Xin opened her eyes and returned to her own reality.

The car finally stopped downstairs of her rental house.

The luxurious and beautiful sports car forms a sharp contrast with the poor and dilapidated buildings, as if it is an alien in this world.

He Xuyang looked around and asked, "Is this habitable?"

She didn't answer, but whispered "thank you" to He Xuyang, opened the car door and got out.

He Xuyang then followed her down, quickly caught up with her, and grabbed her wrist.

"You don't want others to know that you live in a place like this, so you don't let Master Lin or me send you off?"

"No, let me go."

During the tug of war, Tang Xin noticed that someone was already looking at them sideways.

A poor girl like her, if she gets involved with rich people, will immediately be regarded as a woman doing that kind of business. Women will look at her like a vixen, and men will also stare at her like a vixen.

"It's really nothing, not a big deal. If you don't want to live here, I can find you a better place. People should be happy while they're alive! How about I take you out to play?"

Tang Xin smiled and shook off the young master's hand.

The emotions that had been pent up in my heart finally burst out.

"I don't know what you, the wealthy young men who have never had to worry about food and clothing and who constantly complain about emptiness, think of someone like me. Perhaps you find it novel and amusing? Perhaps I've made you suddenly realize that there are still a group of ants in this world?

"Now you want to make me happy and take me out to play, but have you ever thought about how many jobs I have to work in a day? I don't have time to think about whether I'm happy or unhappy, and I don't have as much time to go out and play as you do.

"Because I have to go home quickly, fix the broken faucet, wipe the floor dry, and then apologize to the landlord and the neighbor downstairs. I didn't mean to wet their ceiling. I hope they won't ask me to pay for it because I'm a little girl. I will pay more attention next time.

"Then I have to work for two hours in the afternoon, then go to class, and then go back to work in the evening. I don't have time to play. I even have to eat dinner on the way."

He Xuyang was completely stunned. He smiled unnaturally and opened his mouth again, "Um... I'm sorry, I don't know... Do you need any help? Maybe I can help you."
