As for what she meant by gratitude, Dog Brother wasn't stupid and understood immediately.
Looking at Bian Yuebai's face, the man gritted his teeth.
"Okay, I promise you."
"Thank you, Brother Er Gou. I knew you were the best."
After settling everything in, Bian Yuebai went shopping and went home. She saw that Jiangsu Su had already returned, and she walked over with a smile.
"Sister, you're finally back! Mom and Dad have missed you so much."
"I miss my parents too."
Although she looked down on Bian Yuebai, Jiangsu Su didn't give her a hard time in front of her parents.
The Jiang couple were very happy to see the two of them getting along so well.
Today they specially prepared a table full of dishes. After the dishes were served, Bian Yuebai took out the soft drinks she had bought and handed them to Jiangsu Su, and then said.
"Sis, from now on you're my real sister."
"Um."
Jiangsu Su responded indifferently, which made Bian Yuebai a little strange.
Jiangsu Su seems different from before, but she didn't think much of it.
I grabbed a bottle of soda for myself, since Jiang's mother hadn't brought out one of her dishes yet.
Bian Yuebai's seat was closest to the kitchen, so while she got up to serve the dishes, Jiangsu Su switched the soda.
At the dinner table, Bian Yuebai did not soften her heart just because Jiangsu Su accepted her; she had to be the only daughter of Jiang's parents.
After dinner, Jiangsu Su pretended to feel dizzy and wanted to go back to his room to lie down for a while.
When Jiang's parents saw that she was not feeling well, they told her to rest. Bian Yuebai then tried to get rid of Jiang's parents.
"Mom and Dad, let my sister rest. Let's go for a walk, but don't disturb her."
Jiang's parents thought so too; their daughter worked hard as a teacher and must not have had a proper rest for a long time.
Following Bian Yuebai out the door, Jiangsu Su on the bed opened her eyes as soon as they left.
