Ye Zhaozhao was thinking about going to the county town today. When she sat up, she saw the marks all over her body. She held the sore spot and cursed Gu Yunduan as a dog of a man.
After getting up and having breakfast, they went to catch a bus with Sun Xiuhua to go to the county town to make purchases. The driver was named Xiaojun. They set off once everyone was present.
Upon arriving in the county town, they weren't in a hurry to send anything. Instead, they went to the supply and marketing cooperative, otherwise everything would be gone if they went too late. It was rare to have meat today, but Sun Xiuhua and the others weren't interested in meat at the moment. Instead, they went to buy yarn.
"Zhaozhao, do you want to buy some yarn? It's getting cold soon, so we need to prepare sweaters and long johns in advance. It's very cold on this island."
Fearing that Ye Zhaozhao might not understand since she had just arrived, Sun Xiuhua explained it to her, and Chen Sufeng and Liu Erfeng echoed her.
They came here specifically to buy yarn today, as the island's supply and marketing cooperative doesn't have any yarn yet; it will be a while before they do.

Ye Zhaozhao said to Sun Xiuhua and the others beside her.
"Ladies, please go find the police."
Sun Xiuhua wanted to say that we shouldn't get involved in their affairs, but seeing Ye Zhaozhao's serious expression, she had no choice but to go to the police station.

Then Chen Xiuhua and the others saw Ye Zhaozhao carrying a package taller than herself. They helped carry it to the car and learned that it was sent to her by Ye Zhaozhao's mother-in-law.
Everyone was envious again. How come there are no two mothers-in-law in the same world? It was almost time. Xiao Jun was about to leave when a girl rushed out and stopped the car.
The girl was carrying luggage. After she got on the bus, everyone knew she was also going to the family compound, so they asked her who she was looking for. After asking, they found out that she was Lin Meimei's sister.
She came to take care of her sister after hearing that she was pregnant.
Back on the island, Chen Sufen took Lin Xue to Lin Meimei's house.
When Ye Zhaozhao returned home, she found the gate open and Gu Yunduan in the yard, leading a sheep. She quickly went to take his things.
He only explained after putting the package down.
“This is what I traded with the villagers. We raise them to drink goat milk, to help you improve your health.”
Ye Zhaozhao knew that the original owner's body was severely depleted. It had improved a lot since joining the army, but it would still take some time to fully recover.
Ye Zhaozhao naturally wouldn't refuse when her man treated her well. Gu Yunduan had already built a simple sheep pen, and the two of them went into the house together to unpack the packages.
