Chapter Thirty-Nine: The Hulk's Blood Disappears

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Meeting Peter and the others' gazes, Natasha blinked her watery eyes, as if unaware of what she had just done. Her sexy and beautiful face softened with her usual alluring yet approachable smile.

Peter and the others quickly shook their heads: "It's nothing, it's nothing."

Ger, who had been silently watching the whole thing, was now somewhat amused and exasperated. But feeling the terrifying power of the struggle of hatred, Ger knew he couldn't continue playing around, so he stretched out his right hand to his side.

Then, chaotic energy surged from Geer's palm like a raging sea, flowing to a spot three meters away and quickly gathering there.

Moments later, a portal to the North Pole opened rapidly at this point.

A chilling white mist, carrying an astonishing coldness, swept across the surrounding space, causing everyone nearby to shiver.

"It's so cold."

"hiss."

Everyone retreated in unison, trying to get as far away from the portal as possible.

Hate felt the cold wind blowing on his head and saw the vast white expanse beyond the portal. Sensing immense danger, he began to struggle desperately. The steel binding him rattled violently as he struggled.

But no matter how much he struggled, he could not break free from the restraints.

Gel looked at the Abomination with a cold laugh, raised his hand slightly, and used chaotic energy to throw the steel block encasing the Abomination toward the portal.

"roar!"

The closer they got to the portal, the more intense the Abomination's resistance became. At the very moment they approached the portal, his struggle reached its peak. Even with Gel's current abilities, he found it somewhat difficult to restrain him.

Gel gritted his teeth, increased the output of chaotic energy again, and then forcefully swung his hand towards the steel block. The next moment, the steel block suddenly accelerated in the air, passed through the spatial gate, and landed on the ice block in the Arctic.

"Clang!"

After a loud bang, the steel block slid a long distance on the ice until it hit a small iceberg, which brought it to a stop.

The abomination looked around, and when it saw the endless expanse of solid ice, it roared and began to struggle violently again.

Gel controlled the chaos magic to continue imprisoning the abomination, while turning to look at Natasha and the others, who were shivering from the cold because they were too close to the portal.

"Wanda, open a portal to our house and bring over a few down jackets." Wanda nodded and opened a portal leading to her room. Then, Wanda sent out several beams of chaotic energy towards the room of the three siblings.

The next moment, the doors of the three rooms opened at the same time, and more than ten down jackets floated out of the doors and landed in the hands of Ger, Peter and the others. The down jackets in each person's hands were even divided into men's and women's styles.

Ger took the down jacket and put it on. Although their bodies had been strengthened and could withstand the extreme cold, there was no need to torture themselves.

Of the group, only Tony didn't need a down jacket because his Iron Man suit had insulation properties.

The onlookers taking photos in the distance felt incredibly disjointed watching this scene—in such a tense situation, a group of superpowered individuals were busy putting on down jackets?

Before this, if they told others about this, they would only be considered crazy, but now they have truly witnessed such a scene.

"Do you need one?" Gerr handed a down jacket to General Ross, gave him a deep look, and asked. Actually, Gerr had just seen General Ross, but General Ross hadn't spoken to him, so Gerr had pretended not to see him.

General Ross shook his head, his face somewhat somber. "I don't need it, and I won't go. If possible, I hope... I hope you can bring Betty back safe and sound."

He never imagined things would develop to this point, that even his only daughter would become a "monster." And it all seemed to be his own doing.

Gel withdrew his hand, sighed silently, closed the spatial door leading to his room, and then looked at Natasha and the others, saying, "Alright, let's go."

Peter and his companions had witnessed the entire conflict between Betty and General Ross. Seeing General Ross's expression, they sighed with complicated emotions before turning away and stepping through the portal.

After the portal closed completely, General Ross sighed deeply and then instructed the soldiers around him to organize the crowd in an orderly manner.

There are too many homeless people who need their comfort. There are also too many things that he needs to solve personally.

The Arctic at night is incredibly cold, but also incredibly beautiful.

In the clear sky, countless stars vie for attention, shining brightly and dazzlingly. Even in the distance, streaks of light, like colorful ribbons, can be seen.

Under the bright starlight, everyone could see several huge footprints on the boundless ice surface, as well as broken ice everywhere. These must be the "masterpieces" of the Hulk and She-Hulk, who are now far away from this place.

Perhaps it was because of the Hulk and Hemale Hulk that they looked around and found there were no animals left.

So in the silence, all that could be heard was the roar of hatred.

"roar!"

Seemingly because it saw Gel, Abomination let out a terrifying roar, but to Natasha and the others, the roar sounded like it was all bark and no bite.

"Where are the Hulk and She-Hulk?" Natasha looked around, then turned to Gale and asked.
