"Bang!"
The exploding rockets instantly engulfed the abominations; in an instant, fiery red flames, white light, flying debris, and billowing smoke all converged together.
In just a moment, Abomination roared and charged out of the blast site, leaping forward with lightning speed to pounce on Natasha.
“Pietro, don’t come to help me. Quickly evacuate everyone in and around the building. Remember, everyone. Get them away from this block.” Natasha looked at the approaching Abomination with an air of utter indifference, calmly picking up her walkie-talkie. “Harry, come over here and keep the Abomination at bay in the air. Make sure he gets closer to me. I need time.”
On the distant high-rise buildings, soldiers were scattered about, each with a rocket launcher mounted beside them. A continuous stream of rockets was fired from the cannons, landing in front of, behind, and to the sides of the Abomination, completely blocking its path of advance.
The flashes of the explosion illuminated Natasha's face, making her calm expression crystal clear.
Natasha patted the military vehicle beneath her, and it immediately sped up, pushing aside cars blocking the way, and drove away from the abomination.
Natasha then pulled the trigger again, firing rockets at the approaching abominations!
Meanwhile, on a helicopter dozens of kilometers away.
"General Ross, the monster is too destructive, requesting backup, requesting backup!" On the helicopter, General Ross listened to the soldier's voice on the walkie-talkie, his face extremely solemn.
“Many helicopters have already set off to provide reinforcements. Wait a little longer.” General Ross looked at the Abomination on the screen in front of him, then at Banner sitting behind him. “I’m also heading back by helicopter now.”
Banner and Betty had sensed something was wrong from the beginning, but they were both being held back by the soldiers around them, so they didn't know what was going on.
Seeing General Ross turn his head, Banner asked with some confusion, "What happened? Why are we turning around?"
General Ross waved to the soldiers who were blocking their way, and the two soldiers immediately stepped back. General Ross also shifted his body slightly, revealing the screen that had been covered.
There, a terrifying creature over four meters tall, resembling a being from hell, known as "Abomination," was leaping across the exploding battlefield. The images on the screen clearly showed that the continuous, violent explosions around them posed no threat to Abomination, only fueling its increasingly furious roars—it was clearly enraged.
The cars around him seemed like toy cars to him, easily tossed around and sent flying far away, crashing into the moving military vehicles. Although the military vehicle drivers were highly skilled and managed to dodge each time, the situation was clearly becoming increasingly dangerous.
"No, no, no!"
Banner, seeing the abomination on the screen, immediately walked to the monitor in horror, thinking he was seeing things.
But the truth made Banner realize that this was a monster comparable to the Hulk!
"You made this?" Banner seemed to realize something, his eyes widening as he looked at General Ross.
Betty blinked, looking at General Ross in disbelief: "God! What have you done?"
For the first time, General Ross's eyes darted away, and he seemed somewhat at a loss. Judging from the spikes on the back of the abomination and the few remaining physical features, it was clearly a mutant formed from Bronsky, who had undergone several modifications.
Is there a reason for even hating something so powerful and so insane?
Banner stared at the screen for a moment, then, with a mixture of helplessness and struggle, made a suggestion: "Let me deal with this monster."
He struggled too, but only the Hulk could stop such a monster!
Betty couldn't believe what she was hearing, and General Ross was also somewhat shocked: "If you go..."
The vengeful roar on the screen instantly transformed Banner's struggle into determination: "But this is a monster we created, and only we can deal with it!"
General Ross, recalling how Spider-Man and the others were completely powerless against Abomination, knew this was the only way.
So he nodded.
On the street, rockets exploded one after another around Abomination, sending it flying in all directions. Abomination grew increasingly enraged, using its powerful body to withstand wave after wave of explosions as it chased after the military vehicle where Natasha was.
The military vehicle where Natasha was standing stopped at the end of the block, allowing the Abomination to approach. This was the very street the Abomination had initially destroyed.
At this moment, apart from Natasha standing on the military vehicle, there was no one else on the street, not even the driver had escaped.
With another leap, Abomination was even closer to Natasha, the two now only about ten meters apart.
His face, contorted with hatred and terror, even wore a slight smile—he looked at Natasha expectantly, wanting to see the fear on her face.
But Natasha remained unmoved by the hatred that was only ten meters away, simply looking at him indifferently.
Natasha's wine-red hair was whipped about by the raging wind from the explosion, yet her expression remained so relaxed. Anyone who saw her up close would surely be captivated by the calm and composure beneath her stunning face.
"Roar!"
Natasha blew another slogan, then beckoned to the abomination.
The provocative action caused the Abomination to roar again, then it leaped into the air and pounced on Natasha with a fierce momentum!
He didn't understand why this woman wasn't afraid of him, but she should be!
