Chapter 113 Dark Elf King's Cursed Warrior
"Having been sealed for thousands of years, how much energy do you have left?" Frigga looked at Maleski, slowly stepped forward, and pressed him for an answer.
At this moment, Frigga's usual gentle and calm demeanor vanished, and she finally revealed the majesty of the Mother of Gods.
"I may not have much energy left, but our cursed warriors will make you understand that making enemies of us is not a wise choice." Malesky's chilling voice echoed throughout the palace.
Frigga stared in horror at the tall figure walking in from the palace gates. Compared to Maleski, whose energy was almost completely contained, the cursed warrior who entered was releasing his energy outwards. Therefore, she could clearly sense the terrifying aura emanating from him, a power that she was completely unable to match at this moment.
As the mother of all gods, Frigg knew many of the secrets of the dark elves. This cursed warrior was selected from the strongest warriors of the dark elf race and modified, using arcane magic to enhance the warrior's power in a short period of time.
This can be understood as burning away tens of thousands of years of life and potential of the Dark Race within a year; therefore, the Cursed Warrior's abilities are incredibly terrifying.
Even Frigga couldn't help but feel a chill at this moment.
"You're trying to mislead us. Your original purpose was to find Jane?" Frigga said gravely, looking at Maleski and the cursed warrior.
Maleski gestured to the cursed warrior, and then the two slowly approached Frigga: "If you obediently hand over Jane, saving us some time, perhaps we can spare your life."
Frigga couldn't help but scoff at Maleski's words: "You've all witnessed the rise and fall of the Nine Kingdoms, so don't spout such nonsense."
Even though their words were sharp and confrontational, Frigga's heart sank to the bottom—as a witch, she had a premonition years ago that a crisis in her life could lead to her demise, and that crisis might just be coming to pass here.
Maleski and the cursed warrior drew closer, but then, a portal rapidly opened beside Frigga. It quickly grew from a small dot into a basketball-sized hole, and then rapidly expanded, while an extremely cold voice echoed from within: "I've come!"
Frigga's eyes lit up as she looked at the spatial rift beside her. She knew that Wanda had finally arrived.
Upon waking, Malesky felt a sense of crisis for the first time. His eyes narrowed slightly, and he decisively threw a "bomb" toward the circular hole.
The "bomb" exploded suddenly as it approached the circular hole, instantly disrupting the surrounding spatial energy. Countless objects flew towards the explosion area and then disappeared into the circular hole.
"Hmph, a weapon of spatial energy, how dare you use it in front of me." Wanda's fair wrist slowly passed through the spatial hole and reached towards the explosion area. Amidst the surge of chaotic energy, the originally extremely chaotic spatial energy instantly stopped there, and all the flying objects also stopped in mid-air.
Immediately afterwards, all the objects returned to their original positions, and the shockwave from the explosion completely disappeared!
Malesky stared at the spatial rift that had grown to the size of a person and made no further moves—judging from the move of the person who had just arrived, ordinary attacks were now completely ineffective.
Even during the time when the Dark Elves ruled the Nine Kingdoms, he had never encountered a mage who could handle a "space bomb" like this!
Malesky looked toward the spatial hole and then couldn't help but slow his breathing a little.
From the other end of the spatial rift, a woman of unparalleled beauty drifted slowly towards them. Even as an elf, one had to acknowledge her beauty. She was like a captivating rose, gradually unfurling her beautiful petals, yet possessing a dangerous allure that both inspired fear and compelled one to gaze upon her.
She wore a dark red crown and a tight-fitting leather dress, surrounded by gray energy that added to her mysterious and noble aura.
"Chaotic energy?" Malesky exclaimed in a hoarse voice, sensing the energy surrounding Wanda.
After all, he had once ruled over nine kingdoms and was familiar with the three ancient powers of the universe, but he never expected to see one of them today.
Wanda didn't look at him, but instead focused her gaze on Frigga and Jane. After glancing at Jane, Wanda frowned slightly, then turned her attention back to Frigga: "They didn't hurt you, did they?"
Frigga slowly shook her head, her expression grave. "They are ancient dark elves, extremely dangerous, but you arrived just in time, and they haven't done anything to me yet. They came this time to kidnap Jane and steal a type of energy from her. So you deal with the shorter one, and I'll handle the taller one. We must protect Jane."
Wanda smiled slightly: "No need, I can handle both of them. You can just stay by my side and support me."
She looked at Maleski and the cursed warrior with disdain in her eyes—she was no longer the Wanda who would only hide behind her brother.
Frigga nodded slowly, not trying to be brave. Over the years, she had found many exotic energy sources for Wanda to absorb, and with the enhancement from the Mind Stone, Wanda's abilities were now stronger than Gale's before he fell asleep.
Moreover, Wanda has been learning from her for so long, and her practical experience has been honed in battles against Thor, Heimdall, and others. It can be said that she will not lose, at least not in the short term.
"She's just a little girl who's just started learning magic, yet she dares to talk such big." Maleski's previous seriousness faded, and he looked at Wanda.
