Venom shuddered slightly, then quietly looked up at Gel. The crimson firelight reflected on Gel's face, clearly illuminating his solemn expression.
"Can you sense their location?" Ger looked at Venom, his eyes revealing an unfathomable meaning.
Venom shook his head and cautiously replied, "I can't sense it."
The bar fell silent for a moment, and neither Gwen nor Peter spoke, seemingly also processing the news.
A moment later, Gel's pupils refocused. He looked at Venom, flicked his finger slightly, and a chaotic magic pierced through the flames and floated into Venom's body.
"What is this? I've already told you everything, really." Venom patted himself in a panic, trying to expel the chaos magic from his body.
Gel waved his hand forward, and instantly the flames surrounding Peter were extinguished, and Peter landed on the ground.
“This is a magical mark. With it, I can sense your location at any time. After all the trouble you caused today, I need to add another layer of protection to prevent you from escaping.” Gel looked at Venom and smiled slightly. “You don’t mind, do you?”
Venom avoided Ger's gaze somewhat evasively: "No objection, no objection."
He might want to have an opinion, but would you listen?
Besides, how did Ger know that he had just thought about sneaking away afterwards?
For a moment, Venom looked at Gale with even greater awe.
Gel extended his hand toward Venom and said calmly, "If you have no objections, come over here first."
Venom reluctantly transformed into a black spider suit, which ended up in Gol's hands.
After dealing with the Venom incident, Ger asked Peter about the details he had seen at Pierce's house, but Peter only listened for a few minutes and didn't hear any major news.
Unfortunately, the camera was destroyed by a missile, leaving Gel with no evidence to prove to Director Nick that S.H.I.E.L.D. had been infiltrated by Hydra.
After thinking about it, Ger decided to pretend that it had never happened.
Gle glanced at Peter, who was still looking dejected, and then at Gwen beside him. He patted Peter on the shoulder and said, "Go and cheer Gwen up first. We'll talk when we have time."
After opening a portal for Peter and Gwen and watching them leave, Gel sighed slightly—each of the four of them had their own personality weaknesses.
Because of their childhood experiences of war and displacement, Pietro and Wanda's personalities tended to develop in opposite directions from a young age. Pietro's personality was characterized by a carefree attitude, not taking anything to heart and only showing concern for those close to him; Wanda, on the other hand, was sensitive, fragile, and highly dependent.
Because of his father, Harry was very insecure from a young age and tended to keep his thoughts to himself.
Fortunately, the personality weaknesses of these three people were greatly improved under Geer's deliberate adjustments.
On the contrary, Peter's character weaknesses are the most obvious.
Peter suffered severe psychological trauma because his Uncle Ben almost died. Later, under Uncle Ben's influence, he became increasingly responsible and took on many responsibilities that were not his.
This overwhelming sense of responsibility, coupled with Peter's somewhat indecisive and stubborn personality, can be described as a disaster.
Ger hadn't forgotten how much Peter lost because of his personality in the movie from his previous life. Ger didn't want Peter to actually follow that tragic path.
For example, the reason why Venom was able to "bewitch" Peter is probably because the fact that Abomination almost killed him last night had such a great impact on him.
He lamented that he wasn't capable enough to protect the people he wanted to protect. Normally, even if Peter was influenced, he wouldn't do something so outrageous.
After thinking for a moment, Ger shook his head slightly and then returned home.
After washing up, Geer diligently practiced Mirror Magic in his room. Mirror Magic was extremely useful, and Geer wanted to master it immediately.
After an unknown amount of time, Ge Er's phone rang with a message containing latitude and longitude coordinates.
Under the bright moon, on the roof of a tall office building, Ger emerged from the portal and saw Peter sitting dejectedly on the roof, enjoying the breeze.
“Gell.” Peter saw that Gell was sitting next to him, looking somewhat nervously at the cars coming and going on the street below, barely daring to look up. He asked in a low voice, “Did what I did today disrupt your plans?”
Gel didn't answer his question; he just smiled.
A moment later, Ger opened a small door, took a drink from the refrigerator, handed it to Peter, and then asked a question, "Why do you think society has a power structure?"
As a top student with expertise in various fields, Peter clearly had considered this question: "Power structures are a status requirement for some, while for others they are the cornerstone for social development and governance to remain stable..."
Ger listened attentively, and after Peter finished speaking, Ger nodded: "In a way, isn't it true that many things require those in positions of power to fulfill their responsibilities?"
Peter gradually understood what Gert had wanted to talk to him about, but Gert's words did give him some ideas on how to solve his current predicament.
Seeing Peter's expression, Ger could tell he understood. He paused, then continued, "Today we won't talk about the limitations, advantages, and disadvantages of power structures. Let's talk about each other. Peter, there are too many problems in this world, so people in the right positions need to think about solutions to those problems. For example, how do we restrain Abomination and the Hulk from harming others? That's a problem for the military, S.H.I.E.L.D., or many higher-ups. Or rather, it's something that Nick Fury, who's already in S.H.I.E.L.D., or perhaps it's something I should consider. You might be involved, but you can't take all the responsibility upon yourself. This isn't meant to discourage you, but rather to prevent you from living such a stressful life."
