Chapter 8 The Old House



A glint of light shone beneath his gold-rimmed glasses as he glanced furtively at the woman beside his mother.

Fu Siming spoke with a warning: "Big brother, don't try to grab everything you see. You don't know if you've struck gold or picked up explosives."

Fu Bowen was speechless, his eyes filled with resentment and ruthlessness.

But he still spoke with a smile: "What you can snatch, how long do you think you can keep by your side? My dear brother."

As soon as he finished speaking, Grandpa Fu and his son came down the stairs. The two of them respectfully stepped forward to greet him, saying in unison, "Grandpa," "Dad."

"When are you two going to shut up?" the old man said bluntly, presumably having overheard their conversation.

"Eat!" Although the old man was old, his voice was still strong and booming.
