Upon seeing Xu Qingyun, Ji Lun beamed, "Xiaoyun, you're back! I've been waiting for you for two hours. Why didn't you answer my calls?"
Xu Qingyun gently pursed her soft pink lips: "Ji Lun, let's break up."
Ji Lun grinned and said, "Xiao Yun, stop fooling around. Why bring up breaking up out of the blue?"
Xu Qingyun's face remained cold and aloof, as pale and cold as the moon on this autumn night.
"Jilun, I'm not joking. We're not right for each other. Let's break up."
Ji Lun's smile vanished instantly: "Tell me, how are we not a good match? You're beautiful, I'm handsome, we're a perfect match; you're quiet, I'm active, we complement each other, what's wrong with us?"
"Jilun, I have my germaphobia, but you have no shortage of women around you, so we are destined to break up."
Xu Qingyun didn't want to get entangled with Ji Lun.
The time she spent with Ji Lun was actually quite relaxed and comfortable. Although she didn't have much affection for Ji Lun, she at least didn't dislike him and was willing to try dating.
But Ji Lun crossed her line.
"Xiaoyun, I was wrong. I used to be a womanizer, but I swear, since I fell in love with you, I haven't fooled around with any other women." Ji Lun smiled again and reached out to hug Xu Qingyun.
Xu Qingyun took two steps back with some disgust, avoiding Ji Lun, and then looked at him calmly and distantly: "Ji Lun, don't exhaust the last bit of goodwill I have for you."
"Baby, I was really wrong. I won't make a fuss anymore. Come here, give me a kiss."
Ji Lun patiently approached Xu Qingyun, hugged her, and kissed her on the back of the head.
