Xu Qingyun's heart raced, and ripples spread through her chest.
She placed her hands on Ji Hanchen's chest, her fingers slightly bent. The hollow of her palms was touched by his strong heartbeat, as if a tiny electric current flowed to her fingertips, leaving a tingling itch.
"Ji Hanchen, let me go first. I told you I don't like this feeling."
Ji Hanchen's eyes were filled with tenderness as he quietly looked at the girl in his arms, who wasn't much shorter than him.
Her cheeks were flushed, her eyelashes trembled, her heart pounded erratically, and she held her breath.
"Yunyun, I like you. What about you? Do you like me? Do you have feelings for me?" Ji Hanchen murmured hoarsely.
Ji Hanchen wanted an answer.
Xu Qingyun shook her head.
"dislike?!"
Xu Qingyun said softly, "Ji Hanchen, I don't know. I'll tell you when I find out. Let me change my clothes first."
Ji Hanchen smiled and then released her.
When Yunyun shook her head just now, his heart tightened, and he thought that Yunyun didn't like him.
But when she said "I don't know," he actually breathed a sigh of relief.
Fortunately, not knowing means there's still a chance.
"I'll do it, Yunyun just needs to wait and enjoy it." He smiled.
Xu Qingyun's cheeks flushed even more, feeling that Ji Hanchen's words were tinged with ambiguity.
She glanced back and found that Ji Hanchen was still looking at her with gentle eyes, so she immediately looked away.
Ji Hanchen liked Yunyun's shy demeanor; it was very alluring.
He wanted to take it a step further and kiss her, but he was afraid she wouldn't like it.
He is willing to wait.
But he did indeed turn bad; the phrase "I'll do it, Yunyun just needs to enjoy it" had that meaning.

Ji Hanchen took off his coat, rolled up the sleeves of his white shirt as he walked, and put on an apron as he entered the kitchen.
He answered a WeChat notification, then leaned his phone against the stove.
Lu Chuan, Shen Luo, and Bai Ruiting were together, their heads squeezed together in the screen.
"Oh my, is our Ninth Master cooking? This little apron suits you quite well, all pink and tender, the perfect outfit for an innocent young man." Lu Chuan couldn't help but laugh.
Shen Luo chuckled, "Quite good at pretending to be young."
Bai Ruiting, with his pleasant voice, asked with a smile, "Hanchen, does your stomach still hurt?"
Ji Hanchen ignored Lu Chuan and Shen Luo's teasing and said, "It doesn't hurt anymore."
Lu Chuan joked cheekily, "Old Bai, don't you think about it? She's so happy, how could she possibly be in pain?"
Shen Luo also sneered, "He's hopeless when it comes to being love-struck."
Bai Ruiting chuckled softly, "Han Chen, we saw it."
Ji Hanchen raised an eyebrow. "What did you see?"
Lu Chuan clicked his tongue twice, then kissed the back of his hand and planted a smack on Shen Luo's lips.
Shen Luo immediately frowned in displeasure, "Lu Chuan! You're asking for it!"
As he spoke, he vigorously wiped his lips, as if he had been kissed by some dog, his face full of disgust.
Lu Chuan didn't care at all, and smiled mischievously at the camera, "Old Ji, weren't you super happy back then? Hahahaha, the three of us were stunned! That stringy feeling, oh my god, I got goosebumps all over!"
Ji Hanchen's handsome face looked somewhat unnatural.
Lu Chuan's intuition was correct; the way he looked at Yunyun at that moment was tender and full of affection.
Who would have thought that a simple kiss on the back of his hand could make him so aroused?
"Why did you end up at the Ji family's house?" Ji Hanchen changed the subject.
The three people on the other side were stunned for a moment, their previous lighthearted banter gone.
Shen Luo said indifferently, "I heard that President Ren has returned, and the old man asked me to go and see him."
Lu Chuan also put his hands behind his head and leaned lazily against the back of the sofa. "Same here, you know my grandfather."
Bai Ruiting didn't even need to say anything; the answer was self-evident.
Because of Ji Hanchen, the Lu family, the Bai family, and the Shen family have all become close to the Ji family.
The interests of wealthy families are closely intertwined, but each family has its own pride, so interactions among the younger generation become a bond.
Lu Chuan and his friends are friends with Ji Hanchen simply because they get along well. They hate it when friendships are tied to family interests, but they have no choice but to accept it.
In the past, mentioning Ren Anjing would always trigger Ji Hanchen's violent temper, but tonight, he was much calmer than usual.
"Did they go in?" Ji Hanchen asked.
Lu Chuan shrugged. "We went in after you and your wife left. We said hello and left. President Ren seemed to be in a bad mood, and so did your father."
Ji Hanchen didn't want to hear any of this and said in a deep voice, "Hang up."
"Wait a minute, Lao Ji, I just got some news from Chen Luo. Our nephew beat up some of his cronies, and apparently they almost dragged your little girl into the room."
Ji Hanchen's face instantly darkened. "Who are they?!"
"It was one of the guys Ji Lun often hung out with; he got beaten up pretty badly."
"But Lao Ji, it was Miss Xu who swiped the room card to open the door herself, and that room is Ji Lun's private room at Yiye City. You'd better ask her."
Lu Chuan didn't want to say anything more, but Ji Hanchen was their good brother after all. Even if they trusted Xu Qingyun's character, they would definitely stand on Ji Hanchen's side.
Being cuckolded is something I can't tolerate.
Ji Hanchen narrowed his dark eyes, heard a sound upstairs, and said in a deep voice, "I understand."
After hanging up the video call, Ji Hanchen kept thinking about Xu Qingyun opening the room herself.
This means that she took Ji Lun's room key and that she was the one who approached Ji Lun.
Could it be that she still has feelings for Ji Lun?
A hint of jealousy quickly spread, and Ji Hanchen's mood instantly soured.
