Hou Taotao said that the former chairman of Wen's Group was either a commander or a marshal, right? He should have some influence in the military.
In that case, one more person will know that Master has passed away.
Staring at Situ Ming's handsome and rugged face, she decided to take a gamble.
Aside from the fact that his maternal grandfather was a marshal, RL Group and Wen's Group should be able to compete.
Situ Ming waited patiently for Zhao Xiaoyue to finish her sentence.
However, to his surprise, he would hear such news.
"My master has passed away!"
Situ Ming didn't understand. "What did you say?"
Zhao Xiaoyue picked up her glass, took a sip of juice, and then spoke calmly, "Pu Changling is dead, but he left behind a place, a place that is a full 30,000 square kilometers."
Situ Ming's heart was filled with turmoil, but his face showed only a furrowed brow, revealing no other expression.
"It would be a waste to leave such a big space unused, so I rented it out."
"Who did you rent it to?" Situ Ming asked.
"The Armed Forces Department!"
Situ Ming tactically picked up her glass, took a sip of juice, and thought, "How daring! Would Pu Changling's men allow her to do this?"
However, after a moment's thought, Situ Ming understood the intricacies of the situation.
She wanted to find a guarantee.
Situ Ming stared intently into Zhao Xiaoyue's almond-shaped eyes and asked, "Do you believe me?"
Zhao Xiaoyue stared intently into the dark pupils of the boy opposite her. "Do you deserve my trust?"
"worth!"
Upon hearing the boy's affirmative answer, Zhao Xiaoyue smiled, raised her juice, and leaned over to the boy opposite her. "Let's toast!"
Situ Ming also raised his glass, and the two glasses clinked together without being moved apart.
Zhao Xiaoyue smiled brightly, but her eyes were cold. "Even if it's not worth it, it's okay, just extinguish it! Cheers!"
Zhao Xiaoyue downed the juice in her glass in one gulp. "Wow! One word: Awesome!"
Situ Ming took a small sip of the cool juice, and that one sip chilled his heart.
The girl's final expression carried a chilling undertone, tinged with murderous intent. Was he really that unreliable in her eyes?
But he still said, "I understand what you mean. My grandfather will help with this. Besides, didn't you provide information about that Mr. Bai? It's like he's repaying you for that favor."
Zhao Xiaoyue was satisfied. "It's so good to talk to smart people; they understand everything so easily."
It was almost ten o'clock when Zhang Xiaomeng called.
"Little niece, I'm right in front of you."
Zhao Xiaoyue hummed in agreement and then hung up.
Zhao Xiaoyue looked at Situ Ming and said solemnly, "Big brother, this matter is more important than my life. Please help me!"
Situ Ming smiled gently. She wanted to pat the little girl's head, but then thought better of it.
"Don't worry, I will never lie to you in my life!"
Zhao Xiaoyue felt that there was something strange about what he said.
Situ Ming got up to pay the bill, and the owner gave each of them a chicken wing.
Zhao Xiaoyue's eyes never left the chicken wing.
Situ Ming helplessly looked at the two chicken wings in front of the little girl, "Here, these are for you, I'm full!"
Zhao Xiaoyue rubbed her hands together, "Wow, big brother, you're so nice!"
She said it was okay, but deep down she didn't really trust him.
Sigh, let's take it slow!
"I'm off then, bye-bye!"
Back at the small apartment at the comic convention, Min'er was asleep. She quietly went to her room to wash up and prepare for bed.
Just as I was about to go into the bathroom, I received a text message on my phone. It was from the comic convention and it was very concise: Come up!
Zhao Xiaoyue swallowed hard. What was bound to happen had finally arrived!
She got dressed again and mustered up the courage to go upstairs.
As soon as you enter, you'll hear a big laugh. There's a saying that goes, "You can't hit a smiling face."
She smiled first, hoping the comic convention would calm her down!
"Hehehehe, hehehe, comic convention, you're back! Did you have fun?"
The two of them performed a skit about the King of Qin circling the pillar.
At the comic convention, arms crossed, someone asked, "Hey Zhao, how many days have you been with the company?"
Zhao Xiaoyue said guiltily, "Half a month!"
"Ha, half a month? How come 20 million is gone?"
Zhao Xiaoyue: "The comic convention, we can discuss anything there."
"Your company hasn't done anything productive, all you've done is audit the accounts. What, are you afraid I'll embezzle funds?"
Wow, those are some sharp words!
"Comic conventions, listen to me, let me tell you slowly, there's a reason for this."
Zhao Xiaoyue quickly explained, "The start-up capital for our Star Journey was borrowed from RL, so we have to pay it back!"
Zhao Xiaoyue continued circling the sofa, and the anime convention worker nodded, "That's right, continue!"
"Um, I'm also the owner of Starway, right? I have the right to control the company's finances, right? Can we get this over with, Dianman?"
The person at the anime convention had an incredibly menacing look on their face, as if to say, "Isn't RL in charge? Do I need to pay back?"
Zhao Xiaoyue: "You're wrong about that. I decide Xingtu, but RL decides everyone else. I'm very democratic."
The anime convention worker rolled his eyes. "Hey Zhao, sometimes I really feel like you don't consider yourself one of our own."
After sitting down at the comic convention, Zhao Xiaoyue breathed a sigh of relief. "What do you mean?"
"Let me ask you, does Pu Changling own 100% of RL Group? To put it bluntly, Hou Taotao and the others were just working for him and getting paid; they didn't own any shares."
Zhao Xiaoyue's eyes drooped. "Comic convention~"
The anime convention worker raised his hand to stop him, saying, "Let me finish what I have to say!"
Zhao Xiaoyue shut up.
“Since you are at the helm of RL, you are the one who owns 100% of the shares. I don’t think Pu Changling is foolish enough to joke about the future of those brothers.”
