Chapter 51 The Old Pervert

Holy shit!

You only ran that short distance in two minutes?

He runs way too slowly, and yet he acts like that towards girls? Although that guy isn't exactly a saint either.

Actually, Situ Ming ran quite far.

But dude, on such a bare, unobstructed main road, you can see moving dots no matter how far away you are!

Situ Ming was in a sorry state; the injury on his back was so painful that he was sweating profusely, and the injury on his knee was what was slowing him down.

"Stop right there! Even if the King of Heaven himself came today, he couldn't save you!"

Zhao Xiaoyue moved with lightning speed, and just as she was about to grab the person in front of her by the back of their collar, the person kicked off from behind, used the gap between the wall and the tree to feint an attack, and escaped.

His waist is incredibly flexible; he executed an S-shaped movement perfectly. I really underestimated this kid.

This inevitably brings to mind the vast grasslands and the image of a leopard chasing an antelope.

In the end, the leopard collapsed from exhaustion, and the antelope escaped.

Zhao Xiaoyue almost crashed into a tree. Good grief, she still tried to run away. We've welded the windows shut for her.

The two staged another chase, a game of cat and mouse, with neither able to escape, followed by an extreme sprint.

Situ Ming jumped directly over the green belt, while Zhao Xiaoyue, being small, used the trees in the green belt for support.

The tree trunk swayed, and the tree seemed to be cursing loudly late at night.

Situ Ming was annoyed. Was he some kind of bone in the sand, chasing after him so relentlessly?

Just as they were about to catch him, they braked suddenly and plunged into the underground parking garage.

In the pitch black, Situ Ming hid behind a car, quickly calming his breathing.

Zhao Xiaoyue entered slowly, stopped, closed her eyes, and listened carefully to the faint heartbeat in the air.

The quiet garage was like the belly of a giant beast. After her eyes adjusted to the darkness, Zhao Xiaoyue slowly moved her feet, making no sound at all, like a ghost.

She didn't seem to be having much trouble chasing him, while Situ Ming was clutching his chest and his left leg was trembling slightly.

In the darkness, even the slightest movement was amplified infinitely. He was slightly out of breath, realizing for the first time how troublesome Zhao Xiaoyue was.

Zhao Xiaoyue caught the sound of the fabric rubbing slightly against the car body.

Open your eyes immediately, I've found you!

Situ was meditating as he quietly slipped out of the stairwell, when he keenly felt a force coming at his back.

Quickly dodge and immediately block the kick.

"Goodness, you're really something. Could you be in cahoots?"

Situ Ming frowned deeply but remained silent.

"Shut up, let me see your true colors."

Both fought by instinct; Zhao Xiaoyue used martial arts techniques, while Situ Ming used freestyle fighting.

After exchanging more than ten blows, Situ Ming caught the elbow strike but failed to block Zhao Xiaoyue's spinning kick.

The force was so great that it forced Situ Ming to take several steps back, his back slamming hard against the car door.

He instinctively fled. Zhao Xiaoyue was like a militant; she was such a pervert.

Seeing the person trying to run away, it cackled maliciously, "Now you've seen the power of traditional martial arts, haven't you? I'm going to catch you! Hehehe!"

And that was it. Situ Ming hid behind a pillar at the left turn, slipped into the nearest stairwell, and ran away.

The baseball cap was thrown onto the roof of the Santana sedan on the right. Zhao Xiaoyue picked up the cap, shook it, and used a clever feint.

We really suffered because we weren't familiar with the terrain.

Coming out of the garage, if it weren't for the dim streetlights, it would probably be pitch black.

Back in the small apartment, I opened the door and bumped into Hou Taotao, who was just about to leave. I asked, "Tao-ge, where are you going?"

Hou Taotao was almost in tears, "Why did you take so long to come back, Captain? I was so worried!"

"It's alright, I'm back now, aren't I?"

Zhao Xiaoyue put the hat she was holding on the table, took a sip of water, and said, "I'm sorry, Brother Tao, I stayed after school a little late today. I made you worry."

Hou Taotao felt relieved and said, "It's okay, it's okay, as long as you're okay."

Then his gaze fell on the men's baseball cap.

"By the way, Brother Tao, I'm going to Huarong Port City on Saturday night. It's a friend's birthday, could you please buy me a gift? I'll give you the money later."

After thinking for a moment, he asked, "What happened at the mine? Could you tell me more about it?"

Hou Taotao was already upset when the captain told him that he had to pay for even a simple gift. It seemed like they were still treating him like an outsider.

Upon hearing the second half of the sentence, he immediately perked up. It was about the mine.

"Hey, can I ask you something, sir?"

"Yes, that's fine."

Hou Taotao thought that Sixth Brother had entrusted the person to him. Although he didn't understand why Sixth Brother said that he didn't need to treat the person in front of him like a child, he should at least call him brother.

Look at that hat, then look at Zhao Xiaoyue, "That one at the helm, that one..."

Zhao Xiaoyue saw Hou Taotao glance at the hat and understood.

"Brother Tao, that hat belongs to my friend who is having a birthday party."

Hou Taotao is nervous!

"Is your friend male?"

Zhao Xiaoyue: "It's a girl, my deskmate Lan Caihe's. I don't know the specifics. I need to return it on Saturday."

"Oh, then it's alright!"

He was unmarried and had no children; his own daughter was the one who led them.

I suddenly thought my daughter had been scammed. It's better when she's older... but that's not good either, it's not like they can't afford to raise her!

I'm too young to think about it now; the more I think about that image, the more unbearable it becomes.

"Brother Tao? Brother Tao?"

Why is there a hint of resentment mixed with sadness?

"Ah, what's wrong, helmsman?"

Zhao Xiaoyue sighed and said, "Tell me about what happened at the mine."

Hou Taotao then snapped out of her reverie, her expression turning cold and stern as she recalled the events that had transpired abroad.

"Someone deliberately caused trouble at the diamond mine near the Feliton tribe; a box of pink diamonds that had just been mined was stolen."
