Ji Zhinan took the items and threw them all into the bag.
Looking at the pile of things, Ji Zhixia suddenly thought of something, and her eyes darted around.
"Never mind, Brother Zeyu, Nannan is still my sister no matter what, I forgive her."
Seeing how well-behaved and sensible Ji Zhixia was, Mu Zeyu softened a bit, patted her head, and said affectionately, "As expected of my beloved woman, Mu Zeyu, you are gentle, kind, and sensible."
Ji Zhixia smiled shyly.
She let go of Mu Zeyu, turned around and took Ji Zhinan's arm as she was about to leave: "Nannan, your brother-in-law and I are here to pick out rings today. Why don't you come with us and take a look? You can give your sister your opinion."
Mu Zeyu frowned, displeased. "Xiaxia, why are we having an outsider pick out rings for the two of us?"
Ji Zhixia pouted and said coquettishly, "It's okay, more people means more opinions, right? Brother Zeyu, I want everyone's blessings when I get engaged to you."
She looked at Ji Zhinan: "Little sister, you will bless your older sister, right?"
Ji Zhinan gave a forced smile: "Of course."
A prostitute and a dog, a match made in heaven.
"Then you'll come with us to take a look!"
Before Ji Zhinan could struggle, Ji Zhixia very hospitably pulled her away.
This floor of the mall is full of luxury goods stores, and just a few steps from this store is a jewelry store.
The sales assistant recognized Mu Zeyu and bowed very respectfully when she saw them arrive: "Young Master Mu, Mrs. Mu."
She didn't recognize Ji Zhinan, who was standing next to Ji Zhixia, so she simply called her "Miss".
Hearing the sales assistant address her as "Mrs. Mu," Ji Zhixia's vanity was satisfied, and she was in a great mood.
Are those rings I liked still available?
The sales assistant immediately said, "Mrs. Mu, we will naturally keep what you've chosen."
Ji Zhixia nodded in satisfaction, then turned to Ji Zhinan and said, "Your brother-in-law and I have looked at many, and we've narrowed it down to a few, but we're still not sure which one we want."
She paused, then touched her cheek, deliberately showing off: "Although your brother-in-law said he could buy them all if I wanted, I think it's better to have only one engagement ring. After all, it's about one person for life, don't you think?"
She gave Ji Zhinan a provocative look.
Ji Zhinan showed no jealousy and nodded politely, "Yes."
Not seeing her jealousy, Ji Zhixia scoffed.
What a show-off!
Although Ji Zhinan is the second young lady of the Ji family, she has never appeared in front of the media in all these years, and Madam Ji does not give her unlimited pocket money like she does for Ji Zhixia.
So Ji Zhinan had never actually been exposed to diamond rings or jewelry.
Ji Zhixia knew that Ji Zhinan was simple and honest and had hardly ever been exposed to jewelry, so she deliberately used some obscure terms to introduce him.
The sales assistant brought out several rings that Ji Zhixia had previously liked, and Ji Zhixia pointed to one of them and introduced it.
"This is the most beautiful wedding ring in the S series. I heard it's an award-winning piece by a famous jewelry master."
"And this one uses the most advanced Ultra Cutting technology. Look at how the edges are cut; it won't cut your hand at all."
"And this one is a limited edition from the T series; you can't buy it even if you have the money."
"Nan Nan, can you help me see which one is the best? Actually, these are all about the same price, around one or two million, so don't worry about the price, just look at the style."
Ji Zhixia deliberately mentioned the price, her tone full of boastfulness.
So what if she had a million-dollar handbag before? Her little ring alone is worth that much!
