Chapter 880 No Escape

Upon seeing the two men with guns behind Ji Zhinan, everyone's expression changed drastically, and they immediately lowered their heads and focused on their own tasks.

Ji Zhinan stepped forward and asked, "Are you the original owners of this ship?"

The woman questioned by Ji Zhinan dared not answer and simply buried herself in her work; the others did the same.

Ji Zhinan frowned and glanced at his two subordinates: "You two go and guard the door."

His men exchanged glances, and Ji Zhinan sneered.

"What, are you afraid I'll jump out of the kitchen window into the sea?"

Knowing that Mr. Luo Yi had developed high blood pressure from this woman, his subordinates dared not provoke Ji Zhinan and silently retreated outside.

“They’re gone, you can speak now. I’m not one of them,” Ji Zhinan stated first.

“I know.” The woman who hadn’t dared to speak before finally looked up and looked directly at Ji Zhinan: “You were brought on board by them when they boarded the ship, and you were still unconscious at the time.”

Ji Zhinan quickly asked the question from earlier: "Are you the owners of this ship?"

"Yes, miss."

They are fishermen who live at sea, and usually only return to shore once every two or three months after going out to sea, so many of the people on the boat are couples.

They told Ji Zhinan that just two months ago, Luo Yi and his gang had targeted their fishing boat, threatening them with a large sum of money and guns to sail to China. After Luo Yi and his men brought Ji Zhinan onto the boat, they immediately left China.

"We don't know who they are, but they have guns, and we dare not resist..."

Ji Zhinan understood. She paused for a moment and said in a low voice, "As you can see, I am currently under their control. If you are willing to help me return to China, I will guarantee your safety and give you a generous reward."

The woman shook her head. "Miss, it's not that we're unwilling to help you, but their people occupied the driver's cab a long time ago. We were all forced into the kitchen, and we don't even know where they're going now."

"..." Ji Zhinan's eyes darkened: "I'll take care of them. Can you go back?"

This time, it was the man next to the woman who shook his head: "Miss, I am the helmsman. I don't know which sea area we are in, and we don't have a map to help us. Even if you deal with them, I can't do anything about it."

"The sea is very dangerous. If you don't control your direction well, you can easily get caught in a whirlpool or other unknown dangers. So my advice is to decide after you disembark."

Don't be fooled by the calm sea; dangers lurk everywhere...

Ji Zhinan lowered his eyes, finally understanding his current situation.

After a pause, she asked again, "Do you have a doctor on your ship?"

Although Roy said she was pregnant, she had to verify the truth herself.

"Yes," the woman answered quickly this time. "We always have doctors on board, some for men's ailments and some for women's ailments. Are you sick, miss?"

"I guess so." Ji Zhinan nodded. "Could you take me to see a doctor?"

"Of course, but..." The woman looked alarmed as she thought of something.

"It's okay," Ji Zhinan comforted him. "If you stay by my side, they won't do anything to you."

Hearing Ji Zhinan say this, the woman felt relieved, put down her work, wiped her hands, and led the way for Ji Zhinan.

The boat was seized by Roy and his men, and the fishermen were forced to squeeze into a small room.
