The trash can was bumped loudly. Yu Wei shook the blood off his hands and glanced at the corner of the room.
Meow~
The little black cat lay on the surviving lid of the trash can, watching the people in front of it warily, and purring softly.

The blinding light shone on her face, and Yu Zhen raised her hand to cover Lin Nianyu's eyes as she looked at the person standing in front of her.
"Niannian is asleep. If you have something to say, go outside to talk."
Yu Zhen put her index finger to her lips, making a shushing gesture, and gently took off her coat, tenderly placing Lin Nianyu's head on it.
As they stepped outside, Cen Jin kicked Yu Zhen in the knee. Yu Zhen groaned and swayed precariously, leaning against the wall.
"Didn't you leave? Why did you come back?"
Cen Jin looked at him as if he were looking at his father's killer, as if Yu Zhen had done something heinous.
“You seem to have made a mistake.” Yu Zhen straightened up against the wall, smiling contemptuously: “That’s my home, Lin Gu is my partner, and Nian Nian is my son.”
“And you, Cen Jin, you are the outsider.”
"Smack!"
A crisp slap rang out, Yu Zhen turned his head, blood spilling from the corner of his mouth. Cen Jin, still not satisfied, kicked Yu Zhen's knees a few more times.
"You bad guy! Don't hit Daddy!"
Lin Nianyu woke up at some point, clinging to the railing, her big eyes brimming with tears.
"Niannian, don't be afraid, go to sleep first." Yu Zhen quickly wiped the bloodstains from the corner of his mouth, smiled and waved his hand: "Daddy has some things to take care of, sweetie, go to sleep first..."
"No!" Lin Nianyu pried at the iron bars, sweating profusely, tears streaming down her face. "Don't hit Daddy... let go of Daddy..."
“Nianyu…”
Cen Jin reached out to pull Lin Nianyu, but Yu Zhen, with unexpected strength, rushed forward, tackled him to the ground, and grabbed his neck tightly.
"Fuck your grandpa! If you dare to even think about it, I'll kill you..."
An invisible force coiled around his neck like a snake, and Yu Zhen felt suffocated, his brain buzzing as if it had crashed.

The cold, soft voice was like ice cream in winter, chilling to the bone.
Lakaya slightly raised her hand, and Yu Zhen slammed heavily against the wall, vomiting a mouthful of blood.
"You bad guy! Let go of Daddy..."
Lin Nianyu stomped her feet in frustration, wishing she could break through the iron bars and rush out.
"Hey kid, have you forgotten who I am?"
Lakaya smiled and walked towards Lin Nianyu. She had only taken one step when her leg was grabbed tightly. Lakaya frowned, lowered her head, and stared unhappily at Yu Zhen who was holding her leg.
"Don't touch him..." Yu Zhen raised his head, staring intently at Lakaya, "If you have a problem, come at me..."
"Coming for you?"
Lakaya raised her hand, and Yu Zhen was thrown away again, crashing heavily to the ground.
“My request is simple.” Lakaya dragged Yu Zhen to his side and stepped on his face. “Have Lin Gu remove the defense privileges.”
“I don’t need him.” Yu Zhen coughed up blood, his voice barely a whisper: “I… participated in the system design…”

Lakaya looked at Yu Zhen with a mixture of surprise and suspicion, and squatted down to examine him closely.
Yu Zhen nodded, laughing. Who the hell would do something like this? It's just a way to buy time.
"You're lying, you can't do it at all."
Cen Jin suddenly spoke up, and Lakaya turned her head, seemingly considering who to believe.
Yu Zhen remained silent, his eyes closed as if he were asleep. Could it be that Cen Jin said he couldn't do it, so he had to prove that he could?
"Give it a try."
Lakaya rubbed his temples; the pressure from above was intense, so he had no choice but to try anything.
"I have one condition." Yu Zhen shakily stood up, supporting himself on the ground. "Untie us, and let us go."
"Don't be in such a hurry." Lakaya crossed her arms, tilted her head slightly, as if thinking. "Stay as a guest, and I won't treat you badly."
"hehe."
Yu Zhen sneered, not even bothering to roll his eyes at him.
You want him to go along with your corrupt ways? Absolutely not! He is resolute and would rather die than submit!
Yu Zhen was led to the door, turned on the communicator to bring up the virtual screen, and began to operate it.

Cen Jin spoke smugly, and Lakaya gave him a cold glance. Just as he was about to speak, a crisp electronic voice rang out.
"Verification successful..."
“Phew…” Yu Zhen let out a long sigh and said seriously, “This is the first layer of the password, the simplest one. You can open it by finding the correct two-digit combination between 0 and 9.”
