Others did not have this privilege. The actors who auditioned before had to go to the table to get the script themselves. The reason why Wen Mianyu had the assistant hand it to her was entirely because of her excellent performance.
Director Lin was very tolerant of her and even explained to her personally, "This is the script for today's audition. There are three plots in total. You can choose one to act in."
"Okay." Wen Mianyu opened the script and started reading.
"Youth" is a biographical film about Wen Yuxian, and the female lead is, of course, Wen Mianyu's grandmother, Duan Xiuhua. Director Lin turned to look at Lu Congxu beside him and said, "Since Mr. Lu is here today, why don't you also perform a scene? Let's have a scene with the newcomers."
