Chapter 105 My Fault

Chapter 105

He thought Cheng Fu would be afraid of him.

Or maybe, they were always at odds with each other on a daily basis. Although the conflict was not overt, Wen Gengting never once felt that Cheng Fu might have a crush on him.

Therefore, Wen Gengting never intended to think too much about those dreams that increasingly revealed his desires.

He was afraid that once he figured out the reason why he had such a dream, his mood would change, and he would have to face feelings that might never be reciprocated. How would he deal with it afterwards?

Seeing Cheng Fu and other beastly husbands getting along harmoniously with each other and fighting with each other, it was all proof of their warming relationship.

Only when she was with him, she remained calm and our relationship seemed to be at the same point.

"I thought..." Wen Gengting spoke in a hoarse voice.

"Why?" After asking, Cheng Fu took advantage of the closeness between the two and secretly moved forward to kiss Wen Gengting's lips.

Wen Gengting's eyes darkened instantly. Cheng Fu just made a sneak attack and wanted to retreat like before, but Wen Gengting took the initiative and chased her forward, biting her upper lip in return.

Even on matters like this, it seemed that neither of them would give in, and neither of them would think of being at a disadvantage.

Wen Gengting didn't let go of Cheng Fu until she was breathless after kissing her, giving her some time to breathe and answering Cheng Fu's questions.

"I thought you were afraid of me."

Cheng Fu froze, her expression becoming unnatural for a moment.

If there was a face reading test for Cheng Fu, even if Wen Gengting didn't get full marks, he would basically get first place.

So when Wen Geng heard Cheng Fu's reaction, he knew that his guess was correct.

Now it was his turn to pause: "If you were afraid, why did you take the initiative just now?"

If Cheng Fu was afraid and showed any fear of him, Wen Gengting would plan to let her go.

Originally, he just wanted to scare her with the vines so that she wouldn't ask too many questions. After all, some things, once the truth is revealed, are not pleasant at all - especially when someone he hates actually has feelings for him. It would be strange if Cheng Fu felt happy after knowing that.

Cheng Fu didn't feel confident that she could hide it from Wen Gengting, so she gave up trying to come up with an excuse. She really didn't want to deceive him, so she told him the truth directly: "I was afraid of you before because I was afraid you wanted to kill me."

Is there any normal person in this world who can remain calm and not afraid when encountering someone who deliberately wants to kill him?

Not to mention that she had indeed witnessed Wen Gengting showing murderous intent towards her.

But after stepping into the room, Cheng Fu gradually realized that Wen Gengting was not the person she thought he was, and his hostility towards her was not as strong as she had imagined.

Now that she knew the other person's intentions, Cheng Fu felt more confident.

"You mean before? What about now?"

Wen Geng sounded relieved. After getting the answer from Cheng Fu, he realized that the situation was not as bad as he had guessed.

I originally thought that just going into the room and pretending to do so would be enough.

Unexpectedly, when the leaves rubbed against Chengfu's lips, Wen Gengting couldn't take his eyes off her.

He remembered the one and only time he had almost kissed Cheng Fu.

It was obvious that Cheng Fu bit him out of anger, and the contact between the two of them at the end, which was neither intimate nor biting, was enough to make both of them uncomfortable.

So when the leaves covered him, Wen Gengting thought of that day and the touch of Cheng Fu's lips.

When he came to his senses, he had already kissed the leaf.

However, even though he had regained his sanity and knew what he was doing, Wen Gengting never thought of stopping.

What he was thinking at that time was that Cheng Fu did not reject his approach, nor did she resist what he did.

Wen Gengting wanted to know where Cheng Fu's bottom line was, so he used vines to test it again and again. He tried, but Cheng Fu just stared at him with her watery eyes, making Wen Gengting almost lose control of his skilled vine operation.

But it doesn't work.

Thinking of the possibility of hurting Cheng Fu, Wen Gengting managed to calm down.

"...I'm not afraid now. Let me tell you, can you not kiss me until I can't breathe after every question and then wait for someone to answer?" Cheng Fu couldn't remember how many times she needed fresh air. She just thought that Wen Geng had such bad taste.

Do you like hanging people up and watching them gasp for breath?

But Wen Geng hadn't finished listening yet.

"Why aren't you afraid now?"

It was clearly he who didn't want Cheng Fu to ask too many questions before, but now, he is also the one who wants to get more answers from her.

He wanted to continue the previous pattern, but this time, Cheng Fu didn't let him succeed.

Cheng Fu avoided his lips and instead showed a smug smile: "Want to know? If you want to know, put me down and I will tell you!"

Wen Gengting squinted at her and asked, "Have you learned to push your luck?"

Cheng Fu was still smiling, and her attitude didn't seem like someone who was tied up at all: "What? Any objections?"

After the initial confusion passed, Cheng Fu returned to her former self who could argue with him for three hundred rounds without feeling tired.

Wen Geng laughed: "I dare not."

He untied the vines that bound Cheng Fu and let Cheng Fu fall into his arms.

"How dare I have any opinions about you?" Wen Gengting hugged Cheng Fu and walked towards the bed step by step.

Cheng Fu snorted, "I think you're quite brave. If I don't speak up, how long are you going to keep me hanging? Look, your wrist is red."
