Chapter 22 The Birthday Party in the Dark Room

When the door opened, I saw Fengling holding a lucky charm.

Two Hundred Knives' face turned pale instantly.

Damn it, I guarded against thieves outside all night, only to find out there was another thief inside the house.

"What the hell are you doing?"

Feng Ling awkwardly turned around, holding the lucky charm, and grinned:

"Um, well, I see your lucky charm is a bit damp. Let me take it out and blow it dry for you!"

As he spoke, he blew two breaths on the lucky charm.

With a sullen face, Two Hundred Knives strode over to the wind chimes.

They simply lifted him up.

"Hey, hey, hey, what are you doing? Don't touch me! Sky Crow will be back soon!"

The next second, the wind chimes felt the world spin around, and the ceiling and the floor switched places.

His head was slashed by two hundred knives, and he was upside down, shaking violently like a blanket being shaken.

All the dozen or so lucky charms in his pocket fell to the ground.

He glanced at the lucky charm on the ground, then at the ashen-faced Two Hundred Blades.

An awkward smile:

"Um, do you want to hear my excuses, no, my explanation..."

I'll fucking kill you!

Two Hundred Dollars raised his hand to teach Wind Chime a lesson.

"Help! Sky Crow! Help me!"

The wind chimes shouted loudly.

The next second, a dark figure darted in.

At the same time, a strong smell of blood wafted over.

Fengling and Erbaidao were both stunned and looked at the person in front of them.

It is indeed a crow!

He had a faint smile on his face, but his body was soaked in blood.

Drop by drop, patter, it fell to the ground, and he was covered in blood!

He carried a burlap sack on his back, which was the demon-binding sack he had taken from Two Hundred Dollars.

"Sky Crow? You..."

When Fengling saw that he was covered in blood, she was startled.

"Young Master, I have returned. Do not worry about this old minister. Not a single drop of this blood is mine."

Tianya's kind smile reassured Fengling considerably, though the last sentence sounded a bit frightening.

Then, he braced himself with his hands on the ground, twisted his waist, and broke free from the restraints of Erbaidao.

"Are you really alright, Sky Crow?!"

He quickly stepped forward:

Where's Xiaoxiao?

"Haha~ Young Master! I'm here!"

A small bulge suddenly appeared in the bag behind Tianya. "Elder Tianya! Let me out of here!"

So the crow threw the bag on the ground with a dull thud.

Fengling was still wondering, "Is Xiaoxiao really that heavy?"

Then Xiaoxiao climbed out from inside.

She was holding a white cake with a candle stuck in it.

"Ha~ Young Master! Happy Birthday!"

"This is steamed rice cake made by Xiaoxiao! The head of the family used to love eating steamed white rice made by Xiaoxiao the most!"

Seeing Xiaoxiao so happy and safe, Fengling felt a warmth in her heart.

I didn't tell her that her birthday had already passed yesterday.

At this moment, Tianya took out a lighter, lit the candle with a snap, and then lit a cigarette for himself.

I'll finish it in one gulp!

He coughed and said:

"Ahem, young master, happy birthday."

The wind chimes smiled upon seeing this:

"Where did you steal this red candle from? It's so thick!"

The candles looked like the kind used for burning incense; one could burn for at least a whole night.

"Hehe~ Xiaoxiao took it from the bathing room~"

Feng Ling's smile faltered for a moment. "Thank you for smiling, but don't take it next time."

The two hundred-knife guy next to him still had a pale face.

So you fucking bastards!

Can you take a look?

Whose house is this anyway?

Who the hell gave you permission to celebrate your birthday at my house?!

"Young Master! Quickly blow out the candles and make a wish!"

Xiaoxiao urged her on, and Fengling, being a little nervous as it was her first time, urged her on.

I took a deep breath, ready to blow.

Suddenly, a gray head popped out of the bag next to it.

Feng Ling's eyes widened as she looked over, and a little eunuch crawled out.

Then another one...

Then another one...

A huge clump of eunuchs rolled out of the bag.

Nearly a thousand eunuchs filled the entire room of Erbaidao!

This is the Demon-Binding Bag worth 40,000!

The man with the wind chimes was dumbfounded, and the man with the two hundred dollars was dumbfounded too.

"Young Master! Happy Birthday!"

A eunuch quickly offered his congratulations.

Then nearly a thousand eunuchs shouted in unison:

"Young Master! Happy Birthday!"

Their shouts startled Two Hundred Knives back to his senses.

He stared at the Sky Raven in disbelief:

What do you mean?

"You...you've moved your whole house here? Should I leave?"

Tianya glanced at the two hundred knives and nodded solemnly:

"Thank you very much!"

"Go to hell!"

Two hundred dollars went berserk!

He was about to draw his sword and hack these bastards to death!

Leave no one alive!

Of course, he held back in the end, since it was a fact that he couldn't beat the Sky Crow.

Afterwards, Fengling celebrated a grand and solemn birthday in the dark room of Two Hundred Dollars.

This was his first real birthday.

Nearly a thousand people sang "Happy Birthday" to him; he was incredibly happy.

The noise was so loud it was making his ears ring and his head was spinning.

Of course, Two Hundred Dollars didn't sing, but the throbbing veins on his forehead and the twitching corners of his mouth seemed to be in the rhythm of a birthday song.

It's ridiculous that it even timed the beat perfectly.

As they sang the birthday song, the wind chime made two wishes.

As for what it is, that's a secret.

After all, wishes won't come true if you say them out loud.

After making her wish, the wind chime looked at the demons before her and smiled knowingly.
