Looking at the bustling crowd around her, Qin Jingru tugged at Ma Hua's clothes with some fear: "Why are there so many people?"
"Don't be afraid, I'm here for you," Ma Hua said gently. Ma Hua bought Qin Jingru a red woolen coat and a pair of high-heeled shoes at the mall.
After changing into her new clothes, Qin Jingru immediately looked much more youthful and beautiful. While buying the clothes, Qin Jingru kept trying to persuade Ma Hua that they were too expensive and that he should just buy some fabric and make his own!
After shopping for clothes, Ma Hua took Qin Jingru straight to the nearest hot pot restaurant to enjoy authentic Beijing-style hot pot.
When Ma Hua and Qin Jingru arrived, the restaurant wasn't too crowded since it wasn't lunchtime yet. After ordering, Ma Hua said to Qin Jingru, "It's so cold..."
Let's have some hot pot to warm up. Next time you come to my place, I'll cook it myself.
Sha Zhu is such a fool. Who brings a girl home and cooks for her right away? That's so low-class. Wouldn't it be better to just eat at a restaurant? And they haven't even turned on the third wheel yet.

After Ma Hua prepared two bowls of dipping sauce, he picked up a piece of mutton from the plate with his chopsticks. By then, the broth in the copper pot had already boiled, and Ma Hua directly dipped the mutton into the boiling broth, swishing it up and down.
Upon seeing the mutton change color, he immediately placed it in Qin Jingru's bowl.
“Come on, Jingru, have a taste,” Ma Hua said gently.
"Thank you, brother, why are you so good to me!" Qin Jingru said, moved. She felt that she had found the one destined for her, just like the one in her dreams, just as gentle and considerate.
After they finished their meal, their relationship blossomed rapidly. Qin Jingru pouted and said, "Ma Hua, you'll marry me, right?"
"Yes, when you get back, tell your aunt about us. I'll also tell my family so we can set a good date and I can have the matchmaker come to your house to propose."
