In the dim light of the seabed, Poseidon, the god of the sea, slowly came to the center of the palace under everyone's surprised gaze. His posture in the water was so elegant and noble, and the expression on his face was so sacred and solemn that people dared not look directly at him or blaspheme him.

He is the brother of the king of gods Zeus, the ruler of the ocean, and one of the twelve gods of Olympus.

No one expected that Poseidon, the god of the sea, would suddenly appear here, especially Amphitrite, the queen of the sea. She was planning to marry his lover to some unimportant demigod or lesser god in order to break Poseidon's heart, but he came the next second.

Amphitrite certainly knew that Poseidon, the god of the sea, was omniscient and omnipotent in the sea, but she believed that the relationship between them had been reconciled with the intervention of her father, the ocean god Oceanus. He also promised him in front of her father that he would love her as always and promised that she could deal with this woman as she pleased.

After all, she was the mistress of this ocean. Amphitrite firmly believed that He would not cause her the same unpleasantness as last time for a mere woman, so she had nothing to be afraid of saying.

To be honest, after listening to Triton's story about Medusa, Amphitrite felt a bit sympathetic.

As an ordinary woman, this is already a very shameful thing, not to mention that she is a priestess of the virgin goddess Athena. Losing her virginity means losing everything.

Not only that, it even reminded her of her ridiculous marriage. No matter how reluctant she was to marry Poseidon, the god of the sea, she could only choose to accept her fate in the end.

Yes, no one is able to escape their fate, even the main god standing at the top of Olympus. Even if they have foreseen everything, whether they resist or obey, fate always dominates everything and will always come true in the dark.

The same was true for Amphitrite. She had actually already vaguely foreseen that her husband would be taken away by this woman, but even though she knew it, she would still do her best to stop it, as if it was deeply engraved in the chain of fate.

Looking back on her past, Amphitrite had to marry Poseidon, the god of the sea, against her will because of his plunder.

In order to accept her fate, she tried hard to fall in love with Poseidon, but her husband betrayed her again and again, trampling her dignity in the mud and filth.

Isn't she more pitiful than Medusa?

She could not accept the truth that Poseidon, the god of the sea, forced her to marry him, and could only helplessly use all means to protect her ridiculous marriage. At least she had to appear to be fine on the surface so that her identity as the mistress of the ocean would remain solid and unshakable.

After all, Amphitrite, who had accepted her fate, had no choice at this point and could not bear any loss.

Looking at the sacred and majestic Poseidon in front of her - her sanctimonious husband, she suddenly smiled with red eyes. Even though Poseidon didn't say anything, Amphitrite knew very well in her heart that he came because of this woman.

As expected, after arriving here, Poseidon, apart from a casual glance at everyone at the beginning, kept his gaze on Medusa. Finally, he raised the corner of his mouth and chuckled meaningfully, saying, "Medusa, I heard that my wife will officiate your wedding. I just wonder who will be lucky enough to become your husband?"

Hearing the hidden meaning in Poseidon's words, Amphitrite suddenly fell powerlessly on her throne as the Queen of the Sea. Her chest heaved with grief, and she stared at her husband in disbelief.

Medusa's plump and luscious lips moved slightly. She knew that she should say the name of Poseidon, the god of the sea, affectionately at this moment, and even take this opportunity to throw herself into his arms to achieve her plan.

However, seeing Amphitrite sitting alone on the throne in the distance with a painful and sad expression, she suddenly felt her voice was hoarse and she couldn't say anything.

She never wanted to hurt innocent people, but Medusa accidentally hurt them because of her unwilling resistance while being hurt.

And Amphitrite, the Queen of the Sea, and many other people and gods, aren't they also victims?

Medusa's hesitation obviously made Poseidon, the god of the sea, very unhappy. He glanced at Triton, who was at a loss beside his mother, and a smile with a hint of contempt still appeared on his handsome and flawless face.

Poseidon, the god of the sea, naturally didn't care that much about Medusa, but they were discussing marrying their lover to someone else in front of him in the sea, which was tantamount to provoking him.

Even if the object is His wife and son.

He - Poseidon, the god of the sea, is the true master of the sea, and no one can challenge his position.

Then, his body floated towards Medusa again, and when she was in a trance, he suddenly picked her up.

“…Hmm!”

Medusa immediately came to her senses and looked at Poseidon, the god of the sea, who was so close to her, and couldn't help but feel surprised.

The expression on his face quickly disappeared, becoming expressionless. His deep eye sockets were hidden in the darkness, and his straight nose divided the light and shadow into two halves, one half was bright and noble, and the other half was dark and dirty, just like the two sides of Poseidon's divinity.

Poseidon left the palace in full view of everyone, holding Medusa in his arms, and then slowly floated up in the shimmering golden sea water. The colorful fish surrounded them, making the cold sea water warmer and more ambiguous and romantic.

At that moment, Medusa smiled with mixed feelings. Since things had developed to this point, no matter what damage had been done, and they had left the palace, she no longer needed to care about other people's feelings and completely let herself sink into the body of revenge.

Thinking of this, she stretched out her hands and embraced Poseidon, the god of the sea, in front of her. A clear and pleasant voice rang in his ears, "I miss you so much."

He just lowered his eyes slightly, curled his lips and said nothing.

Seeing that He remained silent, Medusa continued, "I don't want to go back to the Sea Queen. Powerful and timeless Sea God, can you take me away from here?"

Her fingers swirled in circles, her white teeth biting her plump lower lip, her eyes lingering with ambiguity, "I want to go to your palace to serve you."

Poseidon looked at the beautiful Medusa in his arms. For a moment, her adorable expression gradually overlapped with the one she had in Athena's temple, and his heart couldn't help but move.

But thinking of the last time, when this lowly woman had found a way to call the ocean god Oceanus to get rid of him, Poseidon suppressed the surging desire in his stomach, and suddenly pulled her messy hair hard, mocking her sinisterly.

"What? Don't you want to clean anymore? Or have you completely accepted your fate and dare not disobey me anymore?"

Medusa held his hand, an expression of pain and sadness on her face. At the same time, Poseidon suddenly exerted force, pulling her up faster and faster, and finally she suddenly jumped out of the sea.

Because of her imbalance, Medusa subconsciously hugged Poseidon in front of her tightly. She flew into the air and then fell rapidly. At that moment, her heart almost jumped out of her chest.

At the same time, the water droplets all over her body rushed to leave the surface of her body and fell into the vast ocean, creating beautiful waves, but she was exposed to the air and was completely soaked. Her clothes and hair were stuck to her body, and she looked extremely miserable.

Poseidon, the god of the sea, adapted very well to the transition between the sea and land environments. He dropped from the sky onto his golden chariot, looking as majestic as ever.

Medusa was also thrown heavily into the chariot.

It was a sunny day. White horses pulled the golden chariot across the sparkling sea. The cool sea breeze blew by. Poseidon, the god of the sea, pulled the rope. He was indeed as energetic, handsome and charming as those sea nymphs said.

But Medusa hated Him in her heart. She was so frightened by the sudden change in environment that she retched and almost fainted.

However, Poseidon had no intention of letting her go. He suddenly loosened his grip on the rope and lifted Medusa high up. He grabbed her slender, fair neck with one hand and shouted, while his other hand caressed her beautiful face. "I have always preferred women who are content, Medusa."

The eerie cold wind suddenly made Medusa's hair stand on end. She lowered her eyes and looked at the surging waves in front of her, fearing that Poseidon, the god of the sea, would throw her in like garbage in the next second.

The weather suddenly changed in an instant. Poseidon, the god of the sea, was like a turbulent sea in a stormy night. He was really too crazy and too terrifying!

"Are you such a contented woman?" He laughed maniacally amid the howling wind and rain. "Or rather, have you... accepted your fate?"

No, no...no!

Medusa wanted to refute him in a firm tone and disgust him, because she would never accept her fate and become a pathetic ant toyed with by the gods!

But at this moment, for revenge, Medusa could only temporarily forget her dignity and try her best to appease and subdue him. So, she looked deeply at Poseidon, the almost all-powerful god of the sea, with the most helpless, innocent and pitiful expression.

"I... accept my fate." She clenched her fists tightly, hoping to use the pain deep in her palms to remember the pain in her heart at this moment. The wet tears finally burst out after a long time.

"I, accept my fate!"

Poseidon, the god of the sea, smiled, then slowly loosened his grip on Medusa's neck and gently wiped away the tears on her face with his fingertips. Finally, he wiped the tear-stained finger heavily on her pale lips.

He seemed to have suddenly calmed down from his recent madness, and then he slowly lowered his head and kissed the woman in front of him who made him feel quite interesting.

However, no matter how fierce it is, it can be tamed after all.

"That's good." He said.
