Chapter 29 Call me by my full name

Chapter 29 Call me by my full name

"Hello."

"Is it classmate Chen Shuangli?"

The principal's voice.

"It's me."

"Are you free now?"

"Yeah, I'm free."

"Come to the principal's office in the administration building."

Chen Shuangli's expression did not change, "Okay."

After hanging up the phone, Chen Shuangli simply packed up and went out.

After scanning a shared bike downstairs of the dormitory building, Chen Shuangli rode it to the administrative building.

Arriving at the administrative building, Chen Shuangli took the elevator to the top floor of the administrative building, walked through a long corridor, and came to the outside of the principal's office.

There were three polite knocks on the door.

Chen Shuangli's tone was gentle and polite. "Hello, principal. I'm Chen Shuangli. Is it convenient for you to come in?"

The principal looked towards the door upon hearing the voice and said, "Come in."

Chen Shuangli came in and stood in front of the principal's desk. "Principal, what do you want to talk to me about?"

The principal picked up a pile of documents, slammed them onto his desk, and yelled angrily, "You've completely disgraced the school!"

There was no panic on Shen Shuangli's face, and she asked calmly, "When did I lose face for the school?"

The principal was indignant. "Your mother came to school today to cause trouble. Do you know how many media outlets have reported on this? They're saying that our century-old university, Jingda, has nurtured such an ungrateful person. Your mother raised you and sent you to school, and now she's sick, and you've blocked her phone number! The school didn't teach you to do that! You've damaged the school's image, and I'll punish you."

With a "bang", the door was kicked open from the outside.

The principal was so frightened that his body trembled, cursing in his heart who was so rude and uncultured. He looked towards the door and was about to vent his anger, but was met with a pair of eyes that seemed to be smiling.

Xie Jinghe?

Why is this ancestor here?

The Xie family is one of the top wealthy families in Beijing, a century-old family with accumulated connections and wealth, which ordinary people cannot afford to offend.

The principal's scolding was about to come out of his mouth but it was choked back into his throat.

Before Chen Shuangli could turn around to see who the rude person was, she heard a lazy voice, "Oh, it's so lively, I came at a bad time."

Chen Shuangli turned her neck and looked towards the door.

Xie Jinghe walked in with one hand casually in his pocket and a burning cigarette in the other hand. There seemed to be a dangerous aura in his dark eyes.

He pulled a chair over and sat down, tilting his head to look at the standing principal, and said with a smile, "Hello, principal, what are you talking about?"

The principal pointed at Chen Shuangli and said, "You should know this student, right?"

Xie Jinghe glanced at Chen Shuangli and said lightly, "Yes, I kissed her."

headmaster:"?!"

Chen Shuangli took out a medical report from her bag and handed it to the principal. "This is my mother's medical report. The hospital gave her a full body check and she's in good health. My brother owed a loan shark, and my mother forced me to pay it back. I don't have that much money, and I can't do anything about it, so my mother made up a lie and came to the school gate to spread rumors about me and discredit me."

The voice is not loud, but the words are clear.

Chen Shuangli had long expected to be called in by the counselor for a lecture, but she hadn't expected it to be the principal himself. Before this, Chen Shuangli had already instructed the hospital to give Meng Qiao a full-body checkup.

The principal frowned in disbelief, looked down at the inspection report she handed over, took it, and checked it.

The examination report showed that Meng Qiao was in good health.

"This..." The principal raised his eyes and looked at Chen Shuangli, "Why didn't you explain it earlier?"

"You didn't even give me a chance to explain."

A sharp and burning gaze fell on her. Chen Shuangli felt it clearly. She glanced over to find that gaze and found that Xie Jinghe was staring at her without moving.

Is it a look of...appreciation?

The principal's face was filled with deep apology. He took a step back and bowed sincerely to Chen Shuangli, "I'm sorry."

"I will handle this matter and give you a satisfactory reply."

Chen Shuangli retracted her gaze and smiled gently: "Okay, thank you."

Chen Shuangli left the principal's office. She thought Xie Jinghe would follow her out, but after walking for a while, she found that he did not come out.

Chen Shuangli couldn't help but look back at the principal's office. After looking for two seconds, she quickly looked away and walked forward.

In the principal's office.

Xie Jinghe moved his chair forward, came to the front of the desk, and held up the report. "Principal, the counselor of that girl just now is a deadbeat. He wouldn't answer the phone when I called him at night. How can such a person be qualified to be a counselor? What if he doesn't answer the phone one time and causes casualties among the students? Wouldn't that be very difficult for you to deal with?"

Principal: “Is that true?”

"certainly."

The principal checked who Shen Shuangli's counselor was and said seriously, "I will criticize and educate him. If he doesn't change after repeated warnings, I will remove him from his position as counselor."

Xie Jinghe curved his lips and smiled, "Okay, Jingda University will prosper with you."

-

After Chen Shuangli came out of the administrative building, she received WeChat messages from Yun Jianhuan and Lu Wuyou.

They said they wanted to go out to the food court in front of the school to have dinner together.

Chen Shuangli readily agreed and rode her shared bike to the school gate.

After gathering at the school gate, the three of them walked towards the food street together.

Lu Wuyou was very well-informed. "A new restaurant opened. They have a lot of delicious dishes. My brother told me about it."

Yun Jianhuan: "Then where shall we go for dinner?"

Chen Shuangli: "Sure."

Lu Wuyou quickened his pace and walked in front: "Let's go, I'll lead the way!"

Arriving at the restaurant, the three of them sat down and the waiter came over with the menu.

"Hiss—Xie Jinghe!" A low exclamation came from the next table.

Chen Shuangli paused.

As soon as Xie Jinghe came in, a girl came up to him and asked for his WeChat.

Xie Jinghe had a cold expression and refused everything, "No."

Chi Yanzhou spotted Chen Shuangli with his sharp eyes and greeted her enthusiastically, "Oh, Shuangshuang, what a coincidence~"

Hearing someone shouting, Chen Shuangli turned around and nodded to Chi Yanzhou in response.

Chi Yanzhou's smile became even brighter, and he nudged Xie Jinghe with his shoulder, "Let's go with Shuangshuang."

"No." Xie Jinghe said these two words coldly and found another table to sit at.

Still want to tease him.

Chi Yanzhou had no money to eat, so he followed Xie Jinghe to eat for free. Wherever Xie Jinghe sat, he naturally had to sit there too.

Chi Yanzhou chuckled and said, "If you don't follow, I won't follow either."

Xie Jinghe took out a cigarette box from his pocket, lit a cigarette, and took a casual puff.

In the misty smoke, Xie Jinghe raised his eyes and looked at Chi Yanzhou coldly, and said, "You think you can call me Shuangshuang?"

Chi Yanzhou blinked several times in succession, "Is it not possible?"

"No, you can't. Call me by my full name."

"Not a single word can be missing."

Xie Jinghe's dark eyes were filled with a morbid possessiveness.
