Chapter 339 Breakup

Seeing that no one was awake, Qiangzi went to the cafeteria to get a bowl of rice porridge. As soon as he opened the door, he saw Xiaoru in a daze. He was delighted: "Xiaoru, you are finally awake?"

Hearing her boyfriend's voice, Xiaoru looked towards the door in surprise: "Qiangzi?"

She didn't want anyone to know, but now she can't hide it anymore.

For the next half hour, Qiangzi kept whispering in her ear.

"Hey!" Seeing that no one was talking, Qiangzi touched his girlfriend's head and asked, "So who hit you?"

"Tell me, please?"

Perhaps it was because her boyfriend gave her a feeling of being too safe, Xiaoru felt a lump in her throat and cried as she told him everything that had happened during this period.

"How dare they! So they were the ones who did that to your feet last time?"

"Um!"

Qiangzi punched the wall with an angry look on his face.

Xiaoru had never seen her boyfriend lose his temper before, so she was a little worried and grabbed his sleeve: "Qiangzi, I'm fine. We are all women, I can handle it myself."

His voice was so small, and coupled with the scars all over his body, it seemed as if he would disappear from sight in the next moment.

Qiangzi felt very distressed, and gently hugged his girlfriend in his arms, saying softly: "Don't carry it yourself, boyfriends are there to be used."

Behind Xiaoru, his eyes were filled with coldness.

In order to reassure his girlfriend, Qiangzi did not talk about this topic anymore. He brought out the porridge he had just made and fed it to her bit by bit.

Xiaoru thought of the previous question and asked casually: "Were you the one who took me to the hospital?"

"That day, I received a call from your best friend. She told me that you were in danger. I followed the route back to your dormitory to look for you, and happened to see you fainted on the side of the road. I was scared, but luckily you are okay!!" Qiangzi was still in shock. God knows he was so scared that he dialed 120 with trembling hands.

Fortunately, Xiaoru is fine, otherwise he would really go crazy.

"Okay, I know you were worried about me, but I'm fine now. You can go back to school later. I remember your competition is in the next few days, so make sure to do your best!"

Qiangzi doesn't want to participate in the competition anymore.

He kept sitting in the ward and showed no intention of going back.

Xiaoru knew that this competition was very important to him and didn't want to delay him because of her own affairs.

Finally, he pretended to be angry and sent the man back.

As soon as the person left, the person in the same ward immediately sat up and said to Xiaoru with a smile:

"Girl, your boyfriend is so good to you. I remember when you were still unconscious, the boy was sitting by your bed crying secretly. Oh, he really made us older people dumbfounded."

"What a lucky little girl!"

"If my daughter could meet someone who loves her so much, I would have no regrets in my life."

Xiaoru felt happy when she heard these things she didn't know.

This is her Qiangzi!

He was cold, but he gave her a unique tenderness.

A week later, on the day Xiaoru was discharged from the hospital, Lan Ruo and Qiangzi came together.

The two of them walked in, talking and laughing.

It was such a harmonious scene that it made her heart tingle with pain.

On the way, they were chatting happily, and no one seemed to notice her unhappiness.

When they returned to the dormitory, Xiaoru couldn't help but ask, "Lanruo, when did your relationship with Qiangzi become so good?"

"Ah?" Lan Ruo said openly, "Really? Maybe it's because we've been participating in competitions together recently, so we have more topics to talk about."

Is that really all?

Xiaoru didn't quite believe it. She was very familiar with Qiangzi's personality. He wouldn't become talkative just because of a partner.

He was indifferent to everyone except her.

And now there is another person named Lan Ruo who has broken this rule.

This made Xiaoru feel a sense of crisis.

The next day, Xiaoru made an appointment with Qiangzi. In the past, they both had a lot to talk about, but now Qiangzi was only busy looking at his phone and replying to messages.

Sometimes she would get distracted, which made Xiaoru more certain of her inner thoughts.

She is not a confused person.

She has always been able to take it and let it go.

From that day on, she no longer went to see Qiangzi, but buried herself in her thesis and spent every day in the library.

She would go back very late at night, and she was the last student to leave the library that day.

Walking on the dark path, Xiaoru calculated that she had not contacted Qiangzi for half a month.

And Qiangzi never looked for her again!

Strangely enough, those girls who once threatened to bully her all the time no longer bothered her.

"Oh, what a well-informed bunch!"

Xiaoru smiled bitterly.

Walking on the path that Qiangzi and I had walked countless times, I was reminded of the past. I had thought I would always be strong, but in the end, the cold wind made my eyes red.

Fortunately, however, no one saw her vulnerability.

"Don't push me away! Please!"

Suddenly, there was a familiar voice in front.

Xiaoru's body stiffened: "Lan Ruo is in love?"

She was a little surprised.

She knew how obsessed Lan Ruo was with Qiangzi.

In order not to disturb them, she had to tiptoe and change the direction.

“Let go!”

A low, cold voice sounded after three or four seconds.

Xiaoru, who had just turned around, was instantly frozen in place.

The tears she had been holding back for so long could no longer be controlled and flowed out. Her heart and body felt numb and she had no strength to move.

There was still a struggle over there, but the sound gradually became quieter.

It seems like someone has left.
