Chapter 13 Find out whose territory it is

The wild ghost cowered behind the jade maiden. The moment it saw the Milky Way, it seemed as if it had seen its own parents, and it darted to the Milky Way's side.

If it weren't for the radiant light of merit surrounding Xinghe, the two wild ghosts would have wanted to stick right up to her.

"Fairy Maiden~ I've finally found you!"

“We came from Pingzhou, and it took us several days to get here.”

"Fairy, please save us!"

"Fairy, we're good ghosts, we've never done anything bad. She's already punished us, you can't punish us anymore!"

The two ghosts, with snot and tears streaming down their faces, cried so pitifully and miserably.

The young woman turned her head, somewhat embarrassed, "Who told you to be sneaking around outside?"

The two ghosts could only cry out in injustice, utterly wronged.

They were trapped by the formation and couldn't get in, which is why they were going around in circles.

Xinghe, "You know me?"

Her live stream is only visible to ghosts in the underworld. What's going on with these two ghosts?

A ghost said, "Nowadays, no one recognizes a fairy without a ghost."

Another ghost said, "A few days ago, the gates of hell opened wide, and we met a little ghost who told us this."

A ghost said, "The Fairy Maiden is the most famous person in the underworld. They all say that she is more beautiful than the fairies in heaven, and her magic is comparable to that of an emperor. She is the most perfect human in the hearts of all ghosts."

The other ghost pleaded, "Please help us, kind-hearted and virtuous fairy!"

Xinghe was in a good mood after being praised. She rested her head on one hand, her cat-like eyes wide open, and said, "What trouble did you run into? Tell me."

A ghost said, "Our home has been taken over by evil spirits."

The other ghost said, "We can't beat him, and he wants to eat us."

A ghost said, "We ran away."

The other ghost, "He tricked people and ripped out their hearts."

Xinghe, whose expression had been relatively calm, changed his expression upon hearing this.

How dare a ghost eat people on her territory? Is she pretending she doesn't exist?

Xinghe slammed his hand on the table. "Let's go take a look."

The two ghosts' eyes lit up. "Fairy, come with us."

Xinghe paused in chanting. She remembered that she hadn't broadcasted for several days and hadn't decided what to broadcast, so she decided to do this.

Xinghe clicked to start the broadcast and handed the phone to the golden boy and jade girl.

The live stream froze for a moment, then countless ghosts flooded in.

[Did the streamer finally remember his account password?]

[Fairy, I don't want a spot for reincarnation anymore. Could you please offer me some more food? I can't eat any of the offerings now; they have no taste at all.]

Only little devils make choices, big devils want it all! I'm grabbing a spot for reincarnation in one hand and delicious food in the other.

[Fairy Maiden, do you need someone to warm your bed? I've been a professional bed warmer for three hundred years!]

"Master, look at me! Don't you remember me? In my past life, I was your dog. I've become a ghost in human form. Master, please come and take me home!"

The comments were numerous and disorganized, making it impossible for Xinghe to see anything clearly, so he simply turned them off.

She explained, "We're not selling anything today. New items are added to the shop regularly, so remember to follow us."

“There’s a wicked ghost in Pingzhou that kills people. Today I’ll show you what it’s like.”

Xinghe reached out his hand and uttered, "Within the Six Realms, there is nowhere I cannot go."

With a flick of his index finger, the space in the room distorted, and a dark path appeared before Xinghe.

She stepped inside first, and the two little devils trembled as they sensed the powerful aura emanating from the passage, too afraid to approach.

Xinghe reached out and pulled them into the passage.

The next second, Xinghe and two wild ghosts appeared on a cemetery.

Xinghe had never been here before, and it looked very unfamiliar to her.

A wild ghost exclaimed excitedly, "This is it! This is our territory. Half a month ago, a wicked ghost covered in black smoke stole our territory and drove us away."

Another wild ghost said, "When we confronted him, he almost swallowed us whole."

A wandering ghost said, "We even saw him eating human hearts; it was disgusting."

As they were talking, someone came up.

He looked like a villager from a nearby village; his eyes were empty and blank as he walked forward.

A person as big as Xinghe stood there, but his expression didn't change at all, as if he hadn't seen him at all.

The beautiful woman scoffed, "Just a little trick."

She wanted to wake the villager.

Xinghe stretched out his hand. "Wait a minute."

She followed behind the villagers, and as they approached a small hill, the two wild ghosts behind her trembled so much they almost curled up into a ball, refusing to come forward no matter what.

Xinghe didn't insist and followed along with the golden boy and jade girl.

The surrounding vegetation cleared a path, wearily entwining Xinghe's hands and feet, only to pull away as she moved forward.

The villager muttered incantations, his eyes growing increasingly dim, revealing a hint of madness.

"Return to the embrace of the Lord."

The contents of the small hill answered his prayer: "Returning to the Lord's embrace will grant you eternal bliss."

A chilling voice, sometimes near, sometimes far, was sinister and terrifying: "Come, child, come here."

A strange pink tinge appeared on the villagers' faces as they approached the small hill step by step.

The thing that had been hiding in the small hill came out, shrouded in a thick black mist, making it impossible to see its appearance.

A hand reached out from the black mist, heading towards the villager's chest; only the heart was missing.

If he eats it, his skills will improve to a higher level!

Excitement caused the entire black mist to tremble slightly.

The next second, a pair of slender, fair hands grabbed him.

"Hey, have you asked around? Whose territory is this?"

The black mist suddenly turned around, its pupils dilating slightly. What was going on? Where did this person come from? Why hadn't it noticed it at all?

The black mist's voice was hoarse, filled with murderous intent, "Want to die! Then I'll grant your wish!"

Before he even got close to Xinghe, the golden light on Xinghe intensified, and the black mist was burned and shrunk into a ball the size of a human figure.

A painful roar came from within the black mist.

Xinghe, with its cat-like eyes, looked somewhat innocent. "I haven't even made a move yet, and you're already so weak."

The black mist expanded again, densely enveloping the Milky Way.

Xinghe subconsciously wanted to take out her talisman to deal with this evil spirit, which would save time and effort. However, just as her fingertips touched the small bag she carried, she suddenly remembered that she was almost out of money.

Yellow paper and cinnabar both cost money!

We shouldn't waste money on such a scoundrel.

Xinghe withdrew his hand, and a sword appeared out of thin air in his hand.

It was all gray and dull, with no light in sight.

It didn't matter that she didn't have any talismans; she also knew a little bit about martial arts.

The heavy sword cleaved down from above, splitting the black mist in two.

"Aaaaaah! Who are you?!" Another frantic roar erupted from the black mist.

The black mist slowly approached, trying to condense, but before it could get close, Xinghe struck again with his sword.

Horizontal slashes, vertical cuts, diagonal thrusts—there's no pattern to it; it all depends on the galaxy's mood.

The greatsword, almost as tall as her, danced powerfully in her hands.
