He didn't know why he just wanted to show off in front of Xinghe.
This company is his most prized asset.
He glanced at Xinghe out of the corner of his eye, hoping to see a hint of admiration on Xinghe's face.
He didn't know what he was expecting.
But Xinghe seemed not to hear him and walked around his office.
Then, with a hint of schadenfreude, he said, "If you don't resolve the issues in your building, you'll soon be a billionaire in debt."
"Don't misunderstand, it's the word 'negative' meaning 'heavily indebted'."
Xinghe Xiaomao's eyes were full of anticipation for a good show.
Boss Sheng felt a lump in his throat again, unable to breathe properly.
Xinghe plopped down in the seat that belonged to Boss Sheng. "Seeing you makes me feel a little uncomfortable. If I feel uncomfortable, I don't want to investigate or solve anything. What should I do?"
Boss Sheng's face turned pale and then black. "What do you want?"
Xinghe said, "Xiao Sheng, I've been walking all this way and I'm terribly thirsty. Your hospitality is really terrible."
The assistant was eager and excited, "Fairy, I'll go, I'll go! What would you like to drink? Tea or coffee?"
Xinghe: "Your CEO Sheng invited me here, shouldn't he be the one to make the move?"
Xinghe blinked innocently, "President Sheng wouldn't be so stingy as to not even be willing to spend a glass of water, would he?"
She stood up. "Uncle Zhong, I'm a little tired. Shall we—"
"What the hell are you drinking?" Boss Sheng's voice was almost squeezed out of his throat.
Xinghe sat back down, propping her head up with one hand, and said lazily, "Let me think about it."
"Let's make a cup of coffee first, it has to be freshly ground by hand."
