Mr. Qian was trembling, his head covered in sweat.
Seven people dressed in matching combat uniforms sat in front of him, led by a girl with a high ponytail.
"Qian Chengfu, on the evening of July 28th, we detected a large-scale magnetic field disturbance and an unexplained earthquake at No. 106 East Street, which is where your residence is now located."
"According to our investigation, your residence was set up with the Azure Dragon Annihilation Formation, which should have been a certain death situation. But strangely, your family was unharmed, and the Azure Dragon Annihilation Formation has completely disappeared."
Mr. Qian gritted his teeth and said, "I don't know anything about it. I've never heard of the Azure Dragon Killing Formation. This is the 21st century. We should be scientific."
The girl with the high ponytail stared at Boss Qian for a few moments before showing him her identification.
The little black notebook reads: "Long Song, leader of the Dragon Kingdom Special Events Action Team."
Mr. Qian's pupils contracted sharply, and his eyelids drooped. "What special incident task force? I've never even heard of it. I'm just an ordinary citizen. I don't know anything about it."
Long Song said, "We mean no harm. The Azure Dragon Annihilation Formation has appeared five times since the birth of the Dragon Kingdom, and each time it has brought great disaster. We just want to meet a master who can break this formation."
Mr. Qian wavered, but he dared not gamble. Xinghe was the savior of his entire family, and he did not want to cause her any trouble.
“I really don’t know. I’m just an ordinary citizen. Even if you arrest me and lock me up, I won’t know anything. My whole family was asleep that night.”
Mr. Qian stuck out his neck, looking like he would rather die than say anything.
Long Song glanced at him twice, then stood up. "Sorry to bother you. If you have any leads, please remember to contact us."
She left a phone number, which was displayed on her business card as 111 (Dragon Kingdom Special Events Action Group).
"Fall back."
At Long Song's command, the seven people left the Qian family.
Another girl in the team, whose eyes were covered by a veil, said, "He's lying."
Longsong: "Yes, I know."
“I have a feeling that the master I met this time is the same master I met near Fuyun Mountain last time.”
"We need to find them as soon as possible; they are very capable."
The short-haired guy scratched his head and said, "If you ask me, why don't we just invite Boss Qian to the police station for a chat?"
Long Song glared at him. "We wanted to seek the master's help, not offend him."
"So what do we do now? We can't calculate anything about the master at all."
Long Song: "Notify the investigation department to cooperate in the case. Tell them that the master's evaluation level has been raised to S. No matter what method you use, you must find this person."

Mr. Qian was restless. He had heard of the Dragon Kingdom Special Events Task Force, but he couldn't remember what it was from many years ago.
The only thing I remember is that they had extremely high authority, which placed them above most government departments.
He wanted to call Xinghe to tell her about it, but he was afraid that he would be monitored and that calling her would expose Xinghe instead.
The same goes for Zhong Guofu; they'll be able to trace it back to him very quickly, so Zhong Guofu's side isn't safe either.
While it's not necessarily a bad thing for them to seek out the fairy, if the fairy is unwilling, then they will offend her.
Mr. Qian didn't want to do such a thing.
After all, what they found out themselves and what he said were two different things.
He couldn't afford to offend the special task force either.
Having been in the business for so many years, Mr. Qian is quite shrewd. After much thought, he concluded that the best course of action was to pretend that nothing had happened.
Xinghe was unaware that there was a team investigating her.
She followed Ye Ning and planted the sapling in another location.
She had originally placed the sapling in a large flowerpot, intending to take it with her when she returned to Fuyun Temple.
Knowing about this, Ye Ning took Xinghe's hand and began to help the little poplar tree choose a suitable location.
They also brought in Sheng Xiuwen, the laborer.
They directed from the sidelines as Sheng Xiuwen dug the hole with great effort.
Time seems to have been exceptionally kind to this couple; they show no signs of aging whatsoever.
Sheng Xiuwen has clearly defined muscles on his arms; this man in his forties or fifties looks more robust than a young man in his twenties.
After he dug the hole, Xinghe and Ye Ning planted the sapling into it themselves.
Ye Ning patted the trunk of the sapling and excitedly pulled Xinghe over, "Little sister, come here quickly, look how tall you are now."
She gestured with Xinghe, smiling, "As the sapling grows up, my little sister will also grow up and become as tall as the sapling in the future."
Xinghe was speechless. "I'm already eighteen. I won't grow any taller."
"Really? It doesn't matter. I just hope my little sister is as healthy and carefree as Xiaoshu."
