The early morning sunlight shone into the room through the window. Luo Tian opened his eyes lazily and saw Lan Yue standing beside him, looking at him with a smile.
"You got up so early. What time is it now?" Luo Tian asked.
"Your Majesty, it's already nine o'clock in the morning. I saw that you haven't gotten up yet, so I came to check on you. Do you need me to help you bathe?" Lan Yue asked.
"Oh, I slept very late last night and I'm a little tired. You don't have to serve me, I can do it myself. Go and ask Lorraine to wait for me in the restaurant." Luo Tian ordered.

"Your Majesty, I have eaten." Lorraine said.
"How was the talk with those Star City envoys?" Luo Tian was very concerned about the outcome of the negotiations.
"I was just about to report to you today. After I had a talk with the envoy, the Survival Alliance said it would report to the president and discuss our opinions. Last night, the envoy suddenly replied to me and said that he no longer supports us joining the Survival Alliance and asked us to be prepared for a fight." Lorraine's words were like a bucket of cold water poured on Luo Tian's heart.
"What's going on? Didn't you say last time that the Survival Alliance took the initiative to invite us to join? It's only been a few days and they changed their mind!" Luo Tian slammed the bowl in his hand onto the table.
Lorraine quickly knelt on one knee to apologize: "Your Majesty, it is my incompetence that failed to accomplish this task. Please punish me!"
Luo Tian calmed down, and helped Luo Lin up. He tried to control his emotions and said, "I was a little out of control just now, don't mind it. I think there must be a reason why the Survival Alliance changed its mind, right? Do you understand this clearly?"
Lorraine took a sip of water to calm down. "I have a good relationship with the envoy from Venus City. According to him, the problem lies in Saturn City. After Miguel and Roger fled to the Saturn District, they raised the banner of the Exiled Court. The Saturn District also strongly supported them. They sent envoys to lobby the Survival Alliance, claiming that they must send Roger back to the Uranus District to be the emperor, and promised that if the Survival Alliance sent troops, they could share the server space of Uranus City together."

"This trip may be dangerous, but there may be opportunities hidden in it. I think we should give it a try for the residents of Tianwang District." Luo Tian said firmly.
Luo Lin suddenly admired Luo Tian's courage and said, "Your Majesty, I will quickly convey your intention to the envoy from the Mars region, and I will report the news as soon as I have it."
"Okay, thank you for your concern about this matter." Luo Tian said politely.
After breakfast, Luo Tian went to find Harry and Gao Shan to see the current progress of the construction of Uranus Nova.
