A black cloud appeared over the Tianwang District. Rubin and Dugu Yun were talking outside the palace at the time. They were shocked when they saw a fleet of warships appear right above them.
"Oh no! Is that MiG guy going to bring the warships from the Saturn zone to cause trouble again?" Rubin said worriedly.
Dugu Yun smiled and said, "Look at how scared you are. You really don't look like a general in charge of military power! This morning I received a message from Luo Tian. He is on a fleet heading to the Tianwang District. He should be there by now."

"Let's go to the Ice Palace Square to welcome His Majesty." Dugu Yun said.
The fleet landed on the spacious Ice Palace Square according to Luo Tian's instructions. The battleship's hatch opened, and a gust of cold air hit them. Luo Tian walked out of the hatch holding Yelena's hand.
Luo Tian was afraid that Yelena would not be able to adapt to the cold climate in Tianwang District, so he took off his fur coat and put it on Yelena to prevent her from catching a cold.
Rubin and Dugu Yun hurriedly led the soldiers forward to greet them.
"Congratulations, Your Majesty, on your safe return." Rubin said, and then looked at the beautiful girl beside Luo Tian in confusion, "Who is this?"
Luo Tian quickly introduced them: "My biggest gain from this trip to the Mars District is that I found a smart and beautiful queen for our Tianwang District."
Rubin quickly knelt on one knee and said, "Greetings to Her Majesty the Queen."
Yelena helped Rubin up: "You are too polite. You don't have to go through all this formality with me."
Luo Tian introduced Yelena: "This is General Rubin from the Heavenly King District, and this is my master Dugu Yun."
Lorraine, Jim and Jiu Hai also got off the warship with their guards.
"Honey, what about the fleet and the mecha division?" Yelena asked.
The fleet and mecha division were brand new arms, and there were no ready-made military camps for them in the Heavenly Kings Region, but they could not stay in the Ice Palace forever. Luo Tian had anticipated this, but it could not be resolved in a short period of time, so he asked Dugu Yun to prepare the open space and supplies in advance.
Luo Tian said to Dugu Yun: "Master, we have brought ten fleets and twenty mecha divisions from the Mars region. He also took Yelena to visit the West Palace where he once lived, and introduced Harry, Gao Shan, Pink Hair and Blue Moon to Yelena.
Harry showed Yelena the city of the Uranus Nova that was being made, which deeply attracted her.
"You guys are so awesome. You can actually build a whole new city by yourself. Can I join in?" Yelena asked excitedly.
"Of course, you're welcome to join us. We'll definitely do it better with you here!" said Harry.
Gao Shan also stepped forward and said, "We are developing more advanced weapons. Would you like to give us some guidance?"
Yelena recognized Gao Shan and Pink Hair at a glance: "You are the ones who developed the ice bomb and were later sent by the Star City Guard to be used as human batteries, right?"
"Do you know us?" Gao Shan asked curiously, "Why don't I remember us?"
