After a long time, Zhou Yanjing moved back a little, resting his forehead against hers. His breathing was still unstable, and his eyes were as deep as a pool of water, faintly shining.
"Are you still angry?" His voice was low and hoarse, with a hint of teasing.
Shen Liwu's cheeks had already been stained with a layer of crimson, and even her ears were red. Her hands were still grasping his collar, and her voice was as light as a feather skimming across the water, "You...you are attacking by surprise."
Zhou Yanjing chuckled softly, and his warm breath sprayed on the side of her neck, causing her to shiver.
"Then I'll tell you in advance next time?"
Shen Liwu bit her lower lip and glared at him in shame and anger, "Do you dare to do it again next time?"
"Of course." His tone was firm, and his eyes were fixed on her, as if he was declaring some kind of sovereignty.
Shen Liwu's heart skipped a beat when he looked at her, and she lowered her head in a hurry, trying to break free from his arms. However, Zhou Yanjing's arms did not move at all, but instead tightened even more, and her back was almost pressed against the rough tree trunk.
"Put me down. My parents are still here. Someone will be watching me."
"My parents have already carried me home, and there's no one to look after me."
After hearing this, Shen Liwu breathed a sigh of relief, raised his eyes and looked around, but he could no longer see Zhou Yu and Zhou Mu.
She reached out and pushed Zhou Yanjing's chest, scolding him: "Why didn't you tell me earlier? You made me nervous for a long time."
Zhou Yanjing curled the corners of his lips, with a teasing look in his eyes, "You look nervous, it's quite fun."
"You..." Shen Li was furious and raised her hand to hit him, but the force was light, as if she was acting coquettishly.
Zhou Yanjing grabbed her hand, held it in his palm, and gently stroked her palm with his thumb. His voice was low and gentle, "Wuwu, kiss me again?"
Shen Liwu’s cheeks suddenly burned even more, and the tips of her ears were so red that they seemed to be dripping with blood. She subconsciously shrank back, but her retreat was blocked by the tree trunk behind her.
"Stop it." She whispered, her voice trembling a little, yet soft and sticky, like a kitten acting coquettishly.
However, Zhou Yanjing did not intend to let her go. He lowered his head and moved closer, with his nose almost touching her cheek. His warm breath fanned her skin, causing her to shiver.
"Just for a moment, okay?" His voice was low and somewhat seductive.
Shen Liwu's heart beat rapidly, and her fingers unconsciously clenched the wild chrysanthemum in her hand, the petals were slightly deformed by her pinching. She raised her head and met his deep eyes, which seemed to contain countless stars, so bright that it was impossible to look away.
"You..." She opened her mouth, but found that she couldn't say no.
Zhou Yanjing chuckled, and the smile in his eyes became even more intense. He didn't give her a chance to hesitate and leaned over to kiss her lips again.
This time, his movements were much gentler, as if he was afraid of scaring her. He rubbed his lips lightly against hers, tossing and turning, with endless tenderness and cherishment.
Shen Liwu's mind was blank, and the only sound in his ears was the sound of the wind and his own heartbeat. Her hands slowly loosened, and the wild chrysanthemums fell at her feet, but she was unaware of it. She closed her eyes and let him guide her, immersing herself in this long and gentle kiss.
After a long time, Zhou Yanjing reluctantly let her go, resting his forehead against hers, his breathing a little rapid.
"I just knew you were trying to seduce me." Zhou Yanjing scolded him with a smile.
Shen Liwu slowed down and stepped on his foot, “Who seduced you? It’s obviously you. You have a lot of peach blossom debts. It’s either Jiang or Zhang.”
