Lu Chen didn't say anything, turned around and went out to get a bucket to fill with water for the children to bathe.
Jiang Mingjing saw that Shen Qiaoyue had Lu Chen completely under her thumb, which was great. Lu Chen was a man who would dote on his wife, and the family should be living a very happy life.

Jiang Mingjing followed the familiar road to find Jiang Jinyao, and saw Xia Xiaoli and Li Qingming on the way.
"Uncle Jiang, are you here to celebrate the New Year with Commander Lu and the others?" Xia Xiaoli greeted him first.
Hearing that it was Xia Xiaoli's voice, he looked at Xia Xiaoli and Li Qingming.
"Yes, it's updated today. Xiaoli, what's wrong?" Li Qingming helped Xia Xiaoli up and noticed that Xia Xiaoli's belly was slightly protruding.
"Uncle Jiang, I'm almost four months pregnant. I've been eating a lot, and my belly has gotten noticeably bigger," Xia Xiaoli replied with a smile.
"Congratulations!" Jiang Mingjing sincerely congratulated the two of them upon hearing this.
Li Qingming looked at the leader and felt very nervous.

“Of course, I’m human, not a god, so of course I’m afraid,” Li Qingming said to Xia Xiaoli with a smile.
"The commander said you should smile more, so you should smile more!" Xia Xiaoli reached out and pinched Li Qingming's cheek, smiling as she spoke to him.
Li Qingming smiled and nodded, saying, "Okay, okay, I'll smile."
With a forced smile, Xia Xiaoli was far from satisfied and said, "You're just trying to appease me."
"Honey, I didn't say I wouldn't smile. I'm smiling now." Li Qingming smiled back at Xia Xiaoli.
Xia Xiaoli didn't make things difficult for Li Qingming and reluctantly let him go.
When Jiang Mingjing arrived at Jiang Jinyao's house, he saw Jiang Minghe playing with a child.
"Big brother, have you eaten yet?" Jiang Mingjing greeted him as soon as he came in. "Isn't An Lude at home?"
“I just had lunch. An Lude went to his shift. I heard the troops are undergoing training recently, so he’s very busy,” Jiang Minghe replied. Actually, he wasn’t sure if An Lude left because he was afraid of his father-in-law.
"Second Uncle, you're here! Have you eaten?" Jiang Jinyao came out of the kitchen and greeted Jiang Mingjing.
Jiang Mingjing nodded and said, "I've eaten. I just came back from the city and came to see you and the child. How have you been lately?"
While asking questions, he approached Jiang Minghe and looked at the child, who was fair and tender.
"I'm fine, Second Uncle." Jiang Jinyao poured water for Jiang Mingjing.
Jiang Mingjing asked Jiang Minghe, "Have you chosen a name for the child yet?"
“We’ve chosen it. It’s Yuanxing, An Yuanxing. What a beautiful name,” Jiang Minghe said, looking at Jiang Mingjing.
Jiang Mingjing smiled upon hearing the name and looked at Jiang Minghe, saying, "Many people have named their children Satellite this year, so naming your child Yuanxing is pretty much the same."
"Children shine like stars; they are the future of the nation. This name is quite good." Jiang Minghe wanted to name his child in this way, reflecting his high hopes for the child.
Jiang Minghe simply hopes that his child can live a happy life.
"Yaoyao, these are gifts that Lu He asked me to bring for you. They're all little things for children. Look, there are also some children's clothes. Lu He bought them and made them in her spare time. They're all washed and wearable." Jiang Mingjing took the contents of the bag out and handed them to Jiang Jinyao.
