Chapter 35 Do you let her join the army?

"Thanks, Mom. I want to boil some water for a shower. Is the stove free?"

There are only two stoves at home, and now it's cooking time, so both stoves need to be used.

But she had been sitting in the car all day and her body was covered in dust, which made her feel extremely uncomfortable. If she didn't take a shower, she would feel unwell all over.

Mother Qin: "I'll boil some water for you now. You've been sitting in the car for so long, you must be feeling unwell. A shower will make you feel more refreshed."

This mother-in-law is really nice. She doesn't mind her laziness at all and treats her like her own daughter.

Because of this, Shen Annian was even more worried about whether she would be disappointed after knowing her life experience.

When Qin Xiaomei saw her coming back, she ran over excitedly, "Third sister-in-law, you're back. Did you bring me a gift?"

Seeing her constantly looking at him, Shen Annian felt inexplicably uncomfortable.

When she brings someone a gift, it's her thoughtful intention, but when someone asks her for it, that's another matter.

"I was too busy this time and didn't have time to buy gifts."

The smile on Qin Xiaomei's face disappeared immediately, and she murmured, "How busy can it be? Don't you even have time to buy something?"

Shen Anyan sank his Qi into his Dantian and exhaled slowly, "Yes, there's not even time to buy gifts."

She ignored Qin Xiaomei, sent Shen Anyui back to her room, and returned to her room herself.

Seeing Qin Zhengqi packing his things, he asked him, "Have you told your parents about my parents?"

"I'll talk to them tonight."

"Do you think my parents will blame me?"

"No, your parents' problems have nothing to do with you. Besides, it was me who insisted on marrying you. If they want to blame someone, they should blame me."

Hearing the words "insist on marrying", Shen Annian's heart moved slightly.

Although she knew that he wanted to marry her more out of responsibility, she was still very happy to hear this now.

No, it seems I can no longer face him calmly.

Shen An Nian threw down a sentence "I'm going to take a shower first", grabbed his clothes and went out.

As expected, Qin's mother was boiling water in the kitchen. When she saw her come in, she said, "Wait a little longer and the water will be hot."

"I'm not in a hurry, Mom. How is my second sister now?"

"Your second sister divorced Zhao Jinsheng and has now moved her household registration back to our house. She's been working in the brigade with your father these past few days."

"What about Daya and Erya?"

"Da Ya and Er Ya are also registered in our family, but now their names have been changed. Da Ya is called Qin Hongzhen and Er Ya is called Qin Hongbao.

They both have your second sister's surname, and from now on they will have no relationship with the Zhao family."

Shen Annian nodded, "That's good. Are Daya and Shitou going to school?"

"Da Ya and Shi Tou are both six years old this year, so they're old enough. But elementary school has already started, so I'm afraid it might be difficult for them to get in."

"Primary school has just been open for a month, and if they go to first grade now, they should be able to keep up.

If they don’t go to school now, they will have to delay another year, so it’s better to let them go to school earlier and learn something.”

Mother Qin was very moved by what she said.

Look at Shen Anyui, he has studied and is very well-behaved, while Shi Tou is like a wild monkey.

We have to send him to school as soon as possible.

"You're right. Tomorrow I'll ask your dad to go to the school and see if they can be arranged to join the class. It wouldn't be a big deal if they stay at home every day."

Little Stone had no idea that his carefree childhood was about to end, and he was still happily eating dried fruits outside the house.

Shen Anyui tidied up the room and came out to play with them.

Although she is four years older than Daya, they are both children and can quickly play together.

While eating, Qin's mother told everyone about sending Xiao Shitou and Daya to school.

Mrs. Qin naturally agreed, and Qin Yunxiang was overjoyed.

She had thought about sending Daya to school before, but Zhao's mother disagreed.

She always said that girls would get married in the future, and spending so much money on her education would only benefit other families in the future, so she refused to let her send Daya to school.

She had been thinking of saving money this year and sending Daya to school next year, but when Qin's mother brought up this matter, she finally put her mind at ease.

"Daya, why don't you thank grandpa and grandma quickly."

Daya didn't know what going to school meant to her yet, but when she heard Qin Yunxiang ask her to thank her grandparents, she said in a baby voice, "Thank you, grandpa and grandma."

"Good children, really good children. Tomorrow grandma will make small school bags for you so that you can go to school happily."

Daya was very happy to have something new, with a smile on her face. "Thank you, grandma."

"You're welcome, sweetheart, let's eat."

Little Stone was not happy, "Grandma, I don't want to go to school."

Mrs. Qin slapped him on the back of the head and said, "What nonsense are you talking about? Come on and eat."

This is a nasty kid.

Daya was so happy to hear that she could go to school.

But this unfortunate child had a gloomy face, as if they were forcing him to do something.

Little Shitou was unwilling, but under his mother's iron grip, he dared not mention the matter of not going to school again.

Everyone enjoyed the meal very much, except Xiao Shitou and the fourth brother's wife.

Qin Yunxiang brought her two daughters back to live at home, eating and using the family's food. Now her mother has to send the children to school, and the tuition is more than two yuan.

But she had just been scolded two days ago, so she didn't dare to say anything.

After dinner, she dragged Qin Laosi into the house and asked, "Mom wants Daya to go to school. What do you think?"

"What can I think? Studying is a good thing."

Even though the family was in such a difficult situation at the time, their parents still gritted their teeth and insisted on sending them brothers to school.
