Chen Yechu was very happy to think that he could bring fresh seafood back home to eat. He patted the refrigerator and asked:
"Xiyue, you bought a good refrigerator. It's just what I need. How much did you pay for it? I want to buy one when I make money."
"It's expensive. Brother Hai wanted three thousand for this refrigerator. I bargained it down to two thousand three. But I told him I didn't have any money. He promised to pay me after I got the money. He even put the refrigerator in his car and let me take it back. He's a really nice guy."
Ning Xiyue replied while she and her second brother tied the refrigerator door with a rope.
"But he only has this one. If you want to buy one, you'll have to ask Brother Hai in advance. But, Ye Chu, if you want ice jelly in the future, come to my house. If you need ice, come to my house. There's plenty of ice."
"OK."
"So expensive?" Ning Qingyuan gasped when he heard the price. He was pulling the rope to tie the refrigerator tightly, but suddenly the force was released. He quickly squatted down to check if he had damaged the refrigerator.
I was relieved to see no scratches or paint chipping.
"Little sister, we can't do this. A piece of paint that's chipped is worth a few dollars. It's heartbreaking. Let's put it in a box and store it away. If something gets bumped or damaged during transportation, we'll regret it to death."
Yu Zhiyu, who was standing nearby, adjusted his glasses and said:
"So, wrap the area you want to tie with rags and then tie it up. Then, take apart the sides of the box that contains the refrigerator, put the refrigerator in, and then tie the outside of the refrigerator with a rope. This way, the refrigerator inside can be effectively protected."
"Yes, this method is feasible. I'll find some rags."
Chen Shuo turned around and ran quickly into the house. In a moment, he found two pairs of old trousers that he had discarded and two pieces of old clothes that had been cut into shapeless pieces.
With a cloth pad underneath, it seemed to be much more reassuring, so Ning Xiyue let them do whatever they wanted.
The three men wrapped the refrigerator tightly before stopping.
Ning Xiyue closed the tailgate at the back of the truck, put on the black plastic sheet covering the cargo, sat in the driver's seat and waved goodbye.
"I'll leave first. The truck driver and the guys escorting the goods are still waiting for me."
"Little sister, can you do it by yourself? How about I sit with you first? I'm worried if you do it alone."
As he spoke, Ning Qingyuan walked around to the passenger side and pretended to open the door and climb in.
How can this be done? It will be exposed as soon as my second brother sits on it.
Ning Xiyue calmly closed the door and said, "No need, second brother, don't worry, I can handle it alone. You stand aside. I'm leaving. See you in Beijing."
After saying that, Ning Xiyue started steering the car, preparing to leave.
Fortunately, she didn't turn off the engine and was able to drive away immediately.
Ning Qingyuan had no choice but to step back and let his younger sister leave, shouting with worry in his eyes: "Have a safe journey."
"Xiyue, here's the key. I'll leave the goods to you. Have a safe journey." Chen Yetu gave her his house key and waved goodbye with Yu Zhiyu as they looked out.
"Okay, you still have some time this afternoon, you can go get some more dried seafood. Brother, you can buy more, it's a rare trip for you."
Before leaving, Ning Xiyue did not forget to give a word of advice about food.
She heard "OK" amid the rumbling sound of the train and then sped forward.
Ning Xiyue drove the truck to the desolate place she had chosen when she came and parked it. She waited for Tongzi to check that it was safe before getting out and standing in front of the truck, putting it into the system backpack.
Then she put on makeup to look like a middle-aged woman that her parents didn't recognize, and walked towards the train station with her bag and the train ticket she had bought earlier.
That's right, she didn't plan to drive the truck back directly because she was too lazy to go through the trouble.
When Ning Xiyue came to Yangcheng early, she actually didn't drive a truck. That was just a cover-up. She also came to Yangcheng by train. Taking the train was much more convenient, safer and less painful.
Just throw the truck into the system backpack and drive it out for a spin when loading and unloading.
She took the train back and forth, closing her eyes and opening them again after getting on, and getting off at her destination. It was so easy and convenient. She didn't have to worry about anything, and it was fast.
Even a fool knows how to choose what is good for himself.
Of course, she would rather take the train, so that she doesn't have to sleep in the open and can relax and enjoy herself.
For example, now that you have entered the station, checked your ticket and sat down on the train, it is time for dinner.
Ning Xiyue opened the kettle and leisurely drank a sip of water, then took out a lunch box from her bag and slowly started to eat dinner.
The lunch box contained fragrant pan-fried cod pieces and fish-flavored shredded pork with white rice. The aroma made the fat kid next door, who was eating steamed buns, cry. He stopped eating the steamed buns and nestled in his mother's arms, tears in his eyes, and begged in a low voice for meat.
It was the baby's mother who exchanged a hard-boiled egg for a piece of cod meat with Ning Xiyue to coax her into submission. She grinned as she ate and thanked Ning Xiyue sweetly, "Thank you, Auntie."
"You're welcome. Auntie also got the egg your mother gave me." Ning Xiyue shook the egg at him.
The fat kid took a bite of the fish and grinned, "The eggs are delicious, and the meat is delicious too."
Oh, this child is so well behaved and polite.
"Then you eat more. Auntie will continue to eat." Ning Xiyue smiled at him, picked up the lunch box and continued to eat.
Eating is the most important thing. The mother who didn't see the child didn't say anything. She was busy eating. She looked up and gave Ning Xiyue an apologetic smile, then shouted to the child:
"Dabao, don't disturb your aunt's meal. Sit down and eat seriously."
After saying this, he stuffed the uneaten steamed bun into the child's hand and continued to eat.
It can be seen that this is a mother who loves to eat.
