When Hua Min saw Su Yan coming back with chickens and ducks, she asked her where she bought them. She told her mother-in-law that she bought them in a village near the farm of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
"Yan Yan, I'll take care of this chicken and duck for you first, and we'll eat them when you start cooking."
"Mom, we still have a lot of things to buy, and it will take at least a week to cook. We can eat this chicken and duck for the next two days. Lu Chen and Lu Yu are back too, and they are in the growth stage now."

Hua Min glanced at Lu Fengnian. He didn't teach his son good things, but instead taught him to smoke and drink.
Lu Ting poured half of the peanuts out of the bowl, glanced at Su Yan, and asked, "Wife, Dad is happy today, can I have a couple of drinks with him?"
Seeing his eldest son's disappointing appearance, Lu Fengnian pursed his lips and said unhappily, "If you can't drink, forget it. I can drink alone tonight!"
Lu Fengnian's mood today was like a roller coaster, with ups and downs, bittersweetness and sadness. He was sad for a long time because of his dead mother, and then he went to see his daughter and learned that she was finally pregnant, and he was happy for her.
Lu Shu has been married for a year and a half, but she had never gotten pregnant before and she didn't know whose fault it was. Now that her daughter and son-in-law finally have their own child, how could she not be happy for them?

Su Yan agreed so readily that she didn't expect that the father and son were so happy that they drank up both bottles of white wine.
At the end of the drinking, Lu Fengnian lay on the table and sobbed, saying that he was a motherless child. Hua Min looked distressed, Lu Jin was at a loss, and Lu Ting had red eyes and did not look very sober.
Lu Chen and Lu Yu were completely dumbfounded and didn't know what was going on. Their family had just recognized an older brother. Could it be that their grandmother had died?
"Mom, is grandma dead? Why so suddenly?"
"Your dad was crying for his biological mother. The one you call grandma is actually your dad's aunt. You can call her grandma or aunt grandma."
