Chapter 1 The Poor Little Thing Who Was Bullied

"You little bastard, did you steal the money from my house?!"

In a bungalow in Xiaoxigou, a woman picked up a broom and struck the little girl hard on her thin body, knocking her to the ground covered in mud.

In December, the icy water mixed with mud soaked the girl's thin clothes, making her shiver and her teeth chatter: "I...I didn't..."

The little girl was emaciated, her dry, yellow hair was a bit messy, and there was an old wound on her forehead with beads of blood still sticking out. Despite her thin face, you could still see that her features were very delicate, especially her pair of big, dark eyes that sparkled like a galaxy.

Zhao Guihua felt angry just looking at Tuantuan's innocent eyes, as if she were some kind of wicked woman.

Zhao Guihua grabbed a stick from the side and struck Tuantuan hard, cursing, "You dare to talk back to me! You little bastard, I raised you, fed you and clothed you, and you still dare to steal my money! I'll beat you to death!"

Tuantuan's thin little body was soaked in cold water, and the places where she was hit hurt a lot. At three and a half years old, she didn't even have the strength to fight back.

Zhao Guihua watched as Tuantuan lay motionless in the mud, seemingly on the verge of death, before she finally stopped, panting heavily.

You can hit and scold, but you can't kill him.

Tuantuan was her cash cow; now that she's dead, how will she get any money?

Two years ago, a mysterious person handed over a one-and-a-half-year-old girl named Tuantuan to the couple, saying that she could no longer raise her own daughter and asked Zhao Guihua and Gou Dashan to raise her in her place. This person would give them a sum of money every year to raise Tuantuan.

Furthermore, every year, a strand of Tuantuan's hair must be given to her, placed in a place designated by the woman, with one hand giving her the hair and the other hand giving her money.

If it's discovered that the hair isn't clump together, then the money must be returned in the same way it was taken back.

Zhao Guihua and her husband Gou Dashan, greedy for money, naturally agreed. Two hundred thousand yuan a year—money to be made without lifting a finger, plus an extra punching bag—their life was incredibly comfortable.

Zhao Guihua glared at Tuantuan, who was lying in the mud: "You're so young and you can already act. You'll be no good when you grow up. Hurry up and tell me, where's the money!"

Tuantuan felt pain all over her body, and her weak voice revealed her resilience: "Tuantuan didn't take it...it wasn't Tuantuan..."

She denied taking it.

Zhao Guihua was even angrier and kicked Tuantuan hard: "You still dare to argue? You little bastard, ever since I adopted you I've had a string of bad luck. Now you dare to steal my money. Go kneel at the door and don't get up until you've thought things through!"

Zhao Guihua glared at Tuantuan with venomous eyes and ordered her to kneel.

The little one could only force himself to get up and kneel on the cold ground outside the door.

Zhao Guihua slammed the door shut. Tuantuan lay weakly on the ground, a chill spreading through her body. Tuantuan felt like she was about to die.

If I die...wouldn't I be free from this pain?

If I no longer have to be beaten or go hungry, then dying might not be so bad...

Tuantuan felt her eyelids were very heavy, and slowly, she closed her eyes...

...

At that moment, in the Yang Group building in Beijing, a young man wearing a baseball cap hurriedly pushed open the office door.

"Big brother, we've found out where my sister is!"

The man behind the desk looked up in shock, his cold eyes revealing disbelief: "Third brother, are you serious?"

The third brother, Yang, nodded repeatedly with red eyes and handed over the photo in his hand: "Big brother, look, this is the little girl. Doesn't she look like our little sister? Doesn't she have her mother's features?"

Yang Chengze took the photo with trembling hands, his eyes reddening. The little girl in the photo really looked like their mother.

Yang Chengze's hawk-like eyes, beneath his sword-like eyebrows, gleamed with a chilling light: "You found the clues based on that dream?"

“Yes, that’s the dream.” Yang nodded repeatedly, a chill running down his spine.

A few days ago, Yang Chengze had a dream in which he saw his sister suffering in a small mountain village. He could clearly see the surrounding environment and even the name of the village, Xiaoxigou.

It was as if he had actually been to this mountain village.

After waking up, Yang Chengze did not tell anyone about it.

Yang Chengze felt that dreams couldn't possibly be reality; they were utter nonsense. He himself didn't believe it, so how could he expect those around him to?

Unexpectedly, all four younger brothers then had the same dream, even the youngest, the sixth brother, said he had a dream about his sister.

It was all so strange. It was one thing for one person to have a dream, but for six brothers to have the same dream made people wonder.

My sister, who has been missing for two years, appeared in my dream?

But aren't dreams the only way to send messages to the dead?

My sister is clearly still alive, so what's going on?

Yang Chengze initially didn't pay much attention, but when he heard that his younger brothers were also having dreams, he began to investigate the matter.

After receiving the message, Yang Suiyi immediately went to find Yang Chengze because...

Yang Chengze picked up the keys from the table and walked out excitedly: "Let's go! Let's take my sister home!"

Yang casually replied, "Second brother has already taken a helicopter to Xiaoxigou, and fourth and fifth brothers have gone with him."

Because he couldn't catch up with the others, he had to come to find his older brother.

Yang Chengze: "!!"

"Why didn't you tell me about something as important as finding your sister right away?" Yang Chengze's powerful aura made Yang Suiyi pause in her breathing.

Yang Suiyi looked like he was about to cry, gritting his teeth as he complained, "Big brother, how can you blame me? Second brother, that sixth brother, got the news and flew there in a helicopter. He only told me after he had already left!"

There's no way around it, the second son has a pilot's license, so he can just go whenever he wants. That's how capricious and awesome he is.

Having a pilot's license to fly a plane is nothing special!

It's like they think anyone can't learn to fly a plane!

Once he finds his sister and brings her back, he'll get a license and then fly her around the world whenever he has free time!

If the sixth brother hadn't been so young, there would only be the three brothers left in Beijing now!

"My second brother said that we should not tell the family about this news for the time being, and wait until we have confirmed my sister's identity, because he was afraid that it would worsen my father's condition."

Yang Chengze nodded, his eyes beneath his sword-like eyebrows filled with excitement, and he quickened his pace, leading his third brother Yang Suiyi to Xiaoxigou to find his sister.

The Yang family had six sons in total, and the seventh child was a daughter. The entire Yang family was overjoyed, and the banquet lasted for three days. They wanted the whole world to know that the Yang family finally had a daughter!

Two years ago, the Yang family's one-and-a-half-year-old daughter suddenly disappeared, and the Yang family offered a reward of 100 million yuan but still received no news.

For the past two years, the Yang family has never given up searching for their sister, but unfortunately, they have yet to receive any news of her.

Finally, there was news today, but it came from a ridiculous dream. Their hearts were in their throats!

Why would I have such a dream?

Is it possible that my sister is in danger and can only resort to this bizarre method to ask them for help?

If that were the case, they couldn't even imagine what their sister's current situation would be like!

Walk!

Pick up your sister and take her home right away!

Hopefully, it's not too late!
